60TP shot deviation is rubbish.

60TP Heavy Tanks

I decided to free xp the 60TP when it came out, and its an alright tank all around, really susceptible to HE damage though for a heavy even with a spall liner. That being said the gun refuses to shoot anywhere near the center of the reticle, ever. If you're in a sub 100m brawl and shooting tanks off reload, you'll land between 35-50% of your shots somewhere on the tank when fully aimed. For 0.36 dispersion that's horrendous. my IS-6 with 0.43 dispersion is considerably more accurate. 
Is anyone else having this issue or am I terribly unlucky with this tank?

Its because the game mechanics are CRAP!

RNG and dispersion are balancing acts that WG controls which negate skill and rewards inexperience

And its worse unless your crew is at 121%

Its just like camo 

Another mechanic that WG uses to "attempt" to balance tanks when its should be based solely on size and environment.

Instead it decides the game outcome more times than not.

Light tanks with full camo on the move where all other classes do not..GARBAGE MECHANIC!

Notice how HE from SPG's will bounce or do little damage but HE from super heavies (and many dep guns) does full damage with little accuracy of aim!

You dont think any of these mechanics are random do you?

Do you think RNG and dispersion are a roll of the WG dice?

Another tool in WG box to use to balance, they only tell you its random 

Randomly selected and adjusted between tanks to balance at WG's discretion would be more accurate!

Well if you free exp'd through all the tiers to the tier 10, you're probably going into it with a crew who at best, are starting on their first skill.
Skills really help with a tanks performance, which is part of why the grind from tier 8 to 10 is long enough to get at least 2 skill points (if you're a mad lad who starts out with a 0-skill crew at tier 8 for some reason).

No I think you got the Lion's share and used it to block out your windows so the daylight didnt interfere with your non-stop Wot marathon these last 4 years

Yes that would be the case if I didn't have a full female crew to use on it. lol so no my crew has 2 full skills , BIA + others and working on third.

I'd personally like if the game developers interacted directly with us rather than than through a community team. sort of like world of warships developers talk directly to us. Also, I think that we should have some choice in what missions we chose, which is something that wows offers.

So far only played handful of games in mine.

Positives:

-Alpha

-Front of turret armor.

-Upper plate vs low skill players

-looks

 

Negatives:

-To sluggish for the overall armor

-Lower plate is to soft especially considering how many other weak spots ore on this tank

-Roof armor

-Drivers hatch

-Side armor

-Crap ammorack

-Same terrain resistances as 705 but half the armor

-garbage penetration for current meta

 

Overall opinion so far. (subject to change after few hundred games)

-This tank is barely OK

-Needs few buffs, 1-Roof armor, Lower Plate small buff, Lower ground resistance some vs 705,

-pen buff from 250 to 260

-possibly turret traverse +2 degrees

Could not agree with this more!

 

I was one of the lucky guys that got to play a sheriff account over this past weekend and I really wanted to try out the 60TP on the live server.

 

I gave it plenty of chances mainly because the gun was punchy but seemed like it had a ton of potential.

 

 So after playing it, it made me think of a tier 9 ST-I.

pos tank, baffling that this crap made out of test without any quality control.

 

slow as hell, bugged armor(200mm random armor weakspot on the gun mantlet), aids gun.

0 redeeming features, needs big buffs to be useful
