Two Email Addresses to Submit a Ticket?

Tried to submit a support request, but it required that the game email and the contact email be different. None of my previous tickets required this, and I do not have two email addresses.

 

 

How to submit a support request without two email addresses?

i just submitted a ticket and this wasn't required to have 2 emails of different types

"Email addresses must not be the same. Enter another email address." same problem.
