Hello I am an idiot. Just putting that out there. So about a year, year and a half ago I wasn’t very good, and I sold the SU100Y and Skoda T40 due to the SU being a box and the Skoda having no armor and I didn’t know how to play em, and the clock ran out and they were gone. But recently a friend told me if I sent a complaint to WG they’d recover them for me? Can someone confirm or deny this for me, and remind where I go to actually get to the complaints page? Thank you.

Per calendar year you get 4 exceptions (tank recovery). Each exception can let you recover up to 5 tanks.

If you want your tanks back you need 2 things

- The credits of the sold tank (basically the sale value of the tanks sold)

- garage slot for the tanks

Your ticket should look like this

Hello, I would like to use one of my 4 yearly exceptions to recover 2 tanks

- SU-100Y

- Skoda T 40

I have both the credits and garage slots required to recover these tanks

One of two things usually happens, they'll either just do it, or ask to confirm that you want to use one of your exceptions to recover the tanks.

Plus one to Gravtech.  OP he covered it, but here's the support article for anyone that may want more details.

Thanks a million! I’m excited to play those tanks again...

i see they changed it. it was 5 exceptions though i could be wrong but u can use one exception to buy back as many tanks as u can afford at least that what i gathered when i used a couple last year

It has always been 4 exceptions, but the change was from an unlimited number of tanks per exception, to a max of 5.
