Tankers,

Our next On Track event is for the Progetto M40 mod. 65!

If you've been thinking of picking up the Italian grind, now's the time!

I've been working on the Tier IX Standard B for quite a while, needless to say I am pretty hyped for the 30% off of the Credit Price for the m40 mod 65.

For details, check out the article.

I agree. This has replaced my TVP 50/51 as my favorite medium tank. The auto loading flexibility in this tank is a really great feature.

Bought the Tier VII before I went to work this morning, and looking forward to getting home to play it.  I did have a lot of success with Tier V & VII, but I didn't think they were particularly strong tanks.  Basically everything up to this point has been pretty bad, and I understand the same is true for this Tier VII, so it might not be the most enjoyable grind.  After that, are the Tier VIII, IX, and X considered to be the strong points of the line?

Are there any keepers on the way to tier X? I just finished tier 5.

We really need 2 going at the same time with the amount of lines we have right now honestly.

Yeah, we've talked about this a lot in my reddit On-Track Predictions posts over the last few months, and I've had a few PM's with Domo about it, not that he's responsible and to blame! :)  Not only do we have more lines than ever, but they've started making the On-Tracks last 2 weeks 5 days or 3 weeks (no idea why they're inconsistent) instead of the standard 2 weeks where they started and finished on a Friday, and we had that for ~5 years!  Domo said this is to give players more time to complete them, and some of these oddities are because of some upcoming changes to make the On-Track system more engaging/reward.  We'll see, but it just feels like a case of changing something that didn't need to be changed.  On reddit, I said a couple of months ago:

This On-Track scheduling disaster has forced me to finally recalculate the dates that I expect these to fall on, which means we will not always see two On-Tracks start in one calendar month (and we'll never see three again), or in other words, we're going to see 1/3 less than we used to. Because of this, I'm going to extend my predictions by one month - from 5 months to 6 - to make up for it a little bit. I kid you not, at this rate, it will take until October 2021 until we start a new On-Track rotation of the 52 tech tree Tier X tanks we have in game. In 20 of those 36 calendar months, we will only have one On-Track starting. Logically, you would be waiting for up to 3 years for a tank to go On-Track, and I don't just mean the ones they forgot about, I mean ALL OF THEM. Sad times.

Standard B for sure!

If you really want to, the P.43 bis is quite novel with such big alpha for a tier 6 medium, but the tank isn't really nothing to write home about.

Thanks! I will aim for Standard B for sure.

Picked up the Prem Progetto a couple weeks ago, and tho I haven't got much time in it, I really like it. Looking forward to this on-track. I'm on the tier 7, can hardly wait to get the 8.

Also, totally agree with double on-tracks.

The line got significantly more enjoyable for me at tier VIII. The Pantera plays almost the same as the premium Progetto, and that's currently my favorite tier VIII medium. I'm really enjoying the Standard B, sitting at about 53% wins with 103 battles, which is pretty good for me. I enjoy the marriage of the classic autoloader style with the flexibility of not being entirely helpless after dumping the whole clip.

I tend to dump the entire clip more often than not, but having the option not to do so certainly comes in handy. There's also the added benefit of being able to, say, poke, poke, then dump to finish off a target while ducking in and out of hard cover.
