Check your engine stats may have to carry FE or, over time, your crew skills selection may have gravitated away from fire fighting towards more useful skills.

I always carried FF when I started out years ago.I just checked and I just haven't been doing that lately.I'm doing the Patton on -trac and have more fires than I'm used to,But the engines are at 20% chance vs say the Russians at 12 to 15%.

Always have fires and all my tanks have FE. The ones that catch fire frequently have auto FE. My russian tanks seem to be getting more lately.

Haven't noticed an on-going trend, but did have a recent game where my KV1 was blazed up twice in two shots.  Thought that was REALLY unusual and not sure I've every had it happened before.  If anything, I'm seeing a lot more back to back ammo racking.

Fire situation normal here. Maybe you're just having a run of bad "luck" (randomness).

There are some tanks which are more prone to fires, of course. Are you using any of them recently ?

Also, mounting an auto extinguisher lowers your chance of a fire.

Been having the same sort of rotten luck in scorpion. And it sucks because I run food/gas in it.

I had a Cromwell yolo ruah the train station in himmelsdorf. He killed our light tank scout, and was a two shot for me. I roll around and plug him for 250, then line up a second shot. He lands one shell on me, and it's a fire of course. Spend the rest of the game repairing modules and on 200 hp. Luckily I was able to pick up some decent end-game damage.

I know food and gasoline are better than the 1 in 30 games where fire kills me, but sometimes I wonder if I need to start dropping perks for fire skills

Nope just the usual tracked every shot, a child ran up and kicked my T30 and tracked it. A small girl threw a dead squirrel at my 60TP and tracked it....just tracked all day long, such fun. WOT stands for world of tracked.

Fires seem normal to me...

Repair fuel tanks if they turn yellow though and you do not have auto fire extinguisher...next hit on yellow tanks usually = fire...

I run auto fire extinguisher on most tanks...
