Seems like a good tank. Would I buy it for real money? Short answer, no.

If they brought it to the tech tree, of course I would get it. I've got 16k gold sitting around and I've already bought every tank I want for my collection, but this light would go nicely with the rest.

But from the looks of it, I know a lot of people will cry about it being OP but will eventually be forgotten in a few months when something new and more flashy comes around.

Only 16k? :)

From the comparison graphics on TAP, this LT has a very long hull.

I like how of all the tanks they could've compared the LT-432 they didn't bother comparing it to the T-100 LT

It's definitely buying into the power-creep-gravy-train...

One way to look at this is that the LT-432 is so good, that it's not likely to be sold often, and will take quite some time before the average power-creep to overcome it, so it's a good 'investment' and IMHO very fun to play (for instance, I bought an Object 252 a year ago now and it's still excellent if not quite as OP as when it first came out).

Another way to look at it is that by clicking 'Buy' you're encouraging WG to continue rolling out more of the same to the detriment of the over-all WoT tank balance ecosystem.

And lastly, gotta give WG props for pricing, $30 is cheap for a Tier IX Premium tank.

Don't wanna seem too picky, but I just bought one and it is a tier VIII for $31.

(I watched your vids which helped me decide to get it... Thanks)

No no, it's a Tier IX with Pref'MM, just like the Defender... :harp:

I bought it for $30.99 since I already have a crew (3 skills) in the T-100LT...

I'm an average player. I do well in lights because I was taught how to play them years ago by Garbad and a couple of other unicums, so I tend to do well in them. I play this semi-active, push out to a good spotting position and stay as long as you're able to. Above all, try and stay alive until late in the game, that's when lights shine. This is a beast light. It's as good as advertized. It's almost as good as the T-100LT (imagine that, no russian bias here...). I'd call it tier 8.5+. I equipped it with rammer, vertstab...and dithered on the 3rd before finally taking optics (that was only used in the 4th game). This is better than the T-54LW by far.

I get it... you did state in one of your vids that you thought it is about as good as most tier IX light tanks... so... yeah.

I made more coin with it in 6 matches than in 20 with the t92; It matches my oldfart slow reflexes playing style.

The future downside will be when MM decides to make it go against lots of Tier X, after the initial lure of superpreferential matchmaking it's being awarded right now.. That's ok with me. i've always spotted more damage than farmed it myself. It's camo is on a par with the LTG. (my favorite scout even when MM is acting psychotic against me (1/3 of the time if my memory serves me right).

Of all the tank classes, IMHO I'd rather be bottom tier in a LT than any other.  My view power don't care what tier tanks I'm spotting, hell I remember the days when my MT-25 saw Tier Xs, so much XP to reap!  :bush:
