Tankers,

Thanksgiving week is off to a start, and in true homage to the American culture of Consumerism, we've got  32 vehicles on sale in 64 Bundles (including some standalone offers for most vehicles being sold); or as I like to call it: Bundle Bonanza! (I know it doesn't quite have the same ring to it as "KRZYBooP's Used Tank Emporium" but it's better than nothing :P)

With discounts of 30-50% on a whole mess of Premium Tanks, now is a good time to fill some gaps in your Premium Tank rosters, or pick up some early stocking-stuffers for loved ones.

Additionally the Mega War Chest and the Mega Parking Pass are 50% and 52% off, respectively! So if you need a healthy amount of Gold and more credits than you can shake a stick at, or the peace of mind that comes with knowing you can buy 50 more tanks and house them in your Garage for the price of 25 slots, you might want to check these bundles out.

That's not all, however! We will have special, secret Black Friday deals that will last for 24 hours on Black Friday (Nov 23rd) and Cyber Monday (Nov 26th) and special missions featuring big XP rewards, Gold Discounts on Crew Training and Free XP Conversion!

To get all the details, head on over to the news portal and check out the article.

I'll just copy-paste this from the thread I started:

Hey Wargaming,

You know, people might be more inclined to buy that Mega Warchest offer in the prem shop if they had some reason to spend millions of credits. Like a consumable sale. Now, I'm not pointing to anything definitive like a consumable sale, but I think some kind of consumable sale that would allow us to spend a ton of credits might incentivize people to buy that package. Not to mention it would be a nice thing to do anyways, since we haven't had one in quite some time.

Just a thought.

No offense meant, but giving discounts on free xp conversion and crew retraining, which we've just seen (although they are nice), when we haven't had a discount on equipment or consumables in so long, kind of sucks.

This sale goes on for a week so I have time but.....no way I'm buying it without a consumable sale this weekend.

He's of course right, you want people to but this give us the consumable sale!!!! It has been a while since we had one, use to be fairly consistant.

You can offer me all the sales you want, until Amazon Pay gets re-activated, I can't buy anything.

Could call it the Thanksgiving Week "Bundle Cornucopia." It would fit the theme

Okay. Premium prices have been dropping all month, which means that everybody's waiting for them to hit rock bottom so they can buy cheap and go long. Which means that the  Russians are goin' bat-crazy. They're saying, "Hey, we're losing all our dang money, and Christmas is just around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip, right? And my wife  my wife won't make love to me 'cuz I ain't got no money, right?" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" . They're panicking out there right now! I can feel it! They out there!

Nice math on the page " https://worldoftanks...mega-war-chest/

Check that "Strv S1" deal: $63.82 have 29% off = $44.99   also $48.64 have 30% off = $44.99

At least they get it right in the premium shop LOL

At this point of the game's age, charging and buying garage slots and the entire concept and design of the "Garage slot" is redundant.

That's nice and all, but actually the tank I am thinking of getting is not listed as one of tanks going on sale (It's the Pudel for the curious). I hoping it will go on sale on black Friday or cyber Monday.

P.S.

While your all are having Turkey for thanksgiving, Iam having Pernil (it's a slow-roasted marinated pork leg or pork shoulder). Turkey was only served once in my house for thanksgiving. It was along side the pernil, and it was for someone who couldn't eat pernil.

The concept still works for the newer players, some of us haven't been here for 8 years.

The math on the Jagdtiger 8.8 is not correct. I looks like the discounted prices are swapped between the 2 bundles.

Edit: WG staff has corrected the pricing on the article. I can also confirm that the prices in the Premium shop are correct.

The pricing on some of the bundles is incorrect.

  • Strv S1 bottom bundle is only 7.5% off instead of 30% off
  • Jg.Tig 8,8cm bottom bundle is only 7% off instead of 30% off
  • Jg.Tig 8,8cm top bundle is actually 48.7% off instead of 30% off

I've included screenshots and more here: http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/590850-psa-strv-s1-and-jgtig-88-cm-are-incorrect-priced-7-off-instead-of-30-off/

I guess I wasn't being clear but I meant for garage slots to be removed and that buying a new vehicle shouldn't require the purchase of garage slots because the game is old and not gaining new players. So one less barrier for new players to stay on is a good thing.

Hence why I said the concept of garage slots is redundant at this stage of the game's life.
