Dear Wargaming (WGNA specifically, but WGEU can listen in too)
I realise you're an old company and don't like working with new technology, new ideas, or modern concepts. I appreciate that you have a certain way of doing things, and this way makes money, so you don't want to change it - but hear me out.
I heard of something that will help you retain players, annoy less of them, and maybe *gasp* even build your player base. It's called a cloud. I don't want to get too technical, but instead of using static IP addresses, you use a server farm that is geographically distributed, and clients connect to the server THAT HAS LEAST LAG. Now I know there are some big words here, but I'm sure you can outsource reading this post, since you're going to have to outsource your server infrastructure anyway: old companies don't do new tech.
Now I'm not an expert, so I can't give you a cloud - but maybe the idea is worth investigating? Imagine a world where players can move to other servers with their own crews, tanks, and even in game currency. Imagine a world where players don't write DOZENS OF PAGES OF RANTS because WGNA breaks their promises. Imagine a world where you don't have to tell lies to cover your lies that you told to cover older lies!
Just a thought.
