I just checked my Secondary Missions where my Primaries were completed for the Second Campaign.  The Secondaries are all zeroed out now.    I had a fair amount with  2-3 secondaries missions completed out of the five required for completion with honors.

I specifically noted, that the secondaries remained partially completed when moving onto the next mission.  I tested this when it first started.  Wth.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Secondaries are only partially complete when you finish the primary if you stay on that mission. You should see a warning that'll say "all progress will be lost" if you choose to skip ahead instead of going for honors

Secondary progress is reset when you change mission if you haven't completed all the secondary progress on a mission.

Yes it did, you just didn't bother to read the text right above the "Acknowledged" button before you pushed it.

Tod misunderstood you on the PM conversation.  If you don't have it complete that's my understanding as well.  You'll lose progress if you change missions/cancel.

But can someone clarify this for me?  TIA.

I had the secondary COMPLETE on one, but little progress on the primary.  When I cancelled it/started a new one I lost the progress on the secondary as it reset.  And the primary of course, but I knew that would happen since it wasn't completed.

This was one of the Excalibur missions.  It did give me the warning, but for some reason I thought it would stay complete and that warning message was just in regards to the primary progress being lost since it was NOT complete.

I know the primary stays completed if you swap out and the secondary isn't, because I have done that without any reset.

If you got the reward for the secondary, and then it reset i'd say that is awesome, as you get double the rewards.  I wouldn't mind if that was the case, but from what i've seen you complete most secondaries faster then the primary anyways.
