So, for those of you that use windows 10, you may be in a surprise when you boot your PC up, and cant login. It is a known issue, and there is NO workaround. Loading a Windows 10 usb repair disk into the PC will result in all commands being unrecognised. You can't load into safe mode, because you still need to login. HOWEVER, there is a way to prevent this.

Before we do anything, lets check the current windows version

Windows key + R

Type in winver

You should get a screen that looks like this:

The second line is the version, and if is reads "1809", then this issue can happen to you. If it is lower, it will not. If it is higher, it may have been fixed, so google it, and see if they fixed it (or follow this thread).

Here is the process to prevent the issue:

Windows key + R

Type in netplwiz

Then un check the box that reads "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer".

Enter your password, and then hit apply, and ok.

You will no longer need to enter any login info. Keep in mind that you should never do this on a work PC, or on a multi user PC.

I think I covered everything, but I will edit if needed.

Still on 1803 from all the problems 1809 has been having, the only thing I'm looking forward to is a dark File Explorer, can't believe it took this long.

How long did we live with that awful Windows 7 Update bug that required an hour or two (or maybe more) to figure out windows update dependencies?  It was about a year if I remember correctly.
