Tank commander Robert M Peavey was a Marine Corp tank gunner before taking over operational use of the M48 called "Praying for slack" the tank and his crew saw action in both the first and third Marine Divisions. The skin should have done him and his crew justice, maybe even a premium M48 with Peavey and his crew.

I understand the need for new ways to monetize the game and skins are a rational next step and I do like the way this particular skin looks but when dealing with historical tanks please try to give credit, history and reality where it's due. I love the skin but real tanks and their crews need to be honored.

Agreed.  I've watched real interviews with Radley-Walters, and would love to have his Firefly in my garage.

Exactly. Make skins by all means, and sell them, but if you are going to copy a specific tank please acknowledge it. Change "Pray for Slack"  to an M48 USMC Vietnam skin or change the name to "Pray for RNG". Either works.

Ideally I would like. "Better living through canister" to be the Vietnam M48.  In terms of the book its the one that actually deals with tanks and technical stuff while the book delves deeper into the metawar once he moves north into pray for slack, and really pray for slacks inability to work its gun aimed impotently at north Vietnam and forbidden to fire.

I'm assuming it means, pray for a easy time/relief/safety stuff like that.

not to dig up a dead thread, but I noticed today the gun shield on the t57 Heavy with the christmas doesn't say "pray for slack" anymore it says "I'm going home"
