TIL all I need to do to win an argument was to loudly proclaim I'm right without backing up my assertions with anything.

I love your proof though, because you know what is there as well? The battle share system. You know, that thing you were just complaining about yesterday? That thing that I was complaining about months ago when it first came out? Must be a wonderfully successful feature by your burden of proof.

P.S.  If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen (stop posting and making yourself look more and more foolish this means YOU little canadianblazy).

P.M.S.  If you keep posting, you will look more like a blazyZERO rather than a blazyHERO which is apropos (did you see what I did there because you are blazy/thecanadianmano/imaZERO all alone in your own clan with your own accounts).

Oh now you're copy/pasting. Guess I'll have to remember that one as well. So I have 1) loudly proclaim I speak for everyone when my opponent does not. 2) loudly proclaim my opinions as being counter to every point my opponent makes. 3) loudly proclaim I win simply because I stated my opinion which disagreed with someone. 3) Copy my own post in which I employ point 2 while loudly proclaiming that my opponent looks like a fool simply because they respond. Any other wonderful tidbits of info from you or have I learned all that I can?

16 days since the last post from WG.

EDIT: Added my thoughts on this weak's tournaments... I mean week's

You need a criteria for prizes, pronto. And stop lowering gold, either directly or camouflaged with the adition of other prizes or with more time dedicated (breaks+teams by group).

7v7 and 2v2 pay 1,000 per player. 1 hour and a half. Is this a joke? It is a joke.

3v3: 750 (250 each one). LEL

4v4: 10,000 gold (2500 each one) That's better. Still the difference doesn't make sense, Why the other pay much less? (ammo cost is not enough). And 2nd prize is 1,200. What's that difference? Typo?

It's a shame that WG doesn't care about tourneys

How about this payout for a 7v7 with 1 reserve that is probably needed?  Where did they come up with 8750 from the under the couch cushions in the lobby?

1st:  8,750 Gold + x4 - 100% Tank XP (1hr), x4 - 50% Credit (1hr)
2nd: 3,500 Gold + x3 - 100% Tank XP (1hr), x3 - 50% Credit (1hr)
3rd: 875 Gold + x2 - 100% Tank XP (1hr), x2 - 50% Credit (1hr)
4th: x1 - 100% Tank XP (1hr) + x1 - 50% Credit (1hr)

There are still 5 minute breaks between rounds for EVERY tournament.  I realize you will NEVER admit you were wrong, but I thought I would point out again 60 days into 2019 that you were wrong and I was right.

Why is the gold payout lower than last year?

Payout is less because of 2 things WG does not care about players and they are very cheap.

And PLEASE bring back tournaments that pay MORE GOLD to everyone as we had in the past. I will never understand why at certain periods, tournaments paid decent gold and then POOF, the gold payouts disappear to almost nothing. This has happened at least twice in recent years that I recall. Gold payouts per player per team should average at LEAST 2K for 1st, 1K for 2nd, 500 for 3rd and 250 for 4th.

Unfortunately Domo told us that WGNA got in trouble with home office over the amount of gold we were getting for tournaments. WG Minsk still thinks that tournament gold payouts=money we didn't spend on the game.

WGNA was giving away too much previously.  I mean I was at best a mediocre and half-hearted tourney players and I was carried to about 5k-7.5K gold per month. That's simply unsustainable.

WG Minsk apparently are a bunch of greedy B turds. Maybe the janitors there don't drive Mercedes yet. 7 V 7 +1 paid out 500 gold between 8 players for 3rd. Tourneys are hardly worth the time and effort anymore.

No Hellsfog, I mean late last year when they were handing out like 3k per 1st place. And as for the previous period, yeah it was a lot of gold but again, it didn't change anything because nobody that was winning gold was going to be buying that much in the first place. At my highest I had over 250k gold in my account, do you think I would have paid $1k+ for that instead?

Hence why I personally don't play them anymore. The effort that used to be required to win was sometimes hours of prep developing strategy, selecting the proper tanks, practicing and skrimming. 1k gold for first place isn't worth it for me to devote that much of my time to this game anymore. Much less with the cap timers that have devolved all strategy to 3 simple steps.

1) Dab 2 key

2) Drive at the cap

3) Right click, left click to victory

Its a joke now.

It's hard to argue with you since you are definitely more in tune with tourneys than I am. As usual with anything needing a change, WG overreacted and killed it. My opinion is that the rewards for tourneys should be roughly equivalent to what a reasonable person expects from CW.  Other than premium time and xp conversations, there isn't much use for gold anyway.  It's been ages since a premium tank was added to the tech tree.

I can agree that 10k a week is a bit ridiculous. But the one thing that they did right was prize saturation for those skirmishes. You could lose all the way up to 50% of your matches and still get gold. Then there were the beta brackets that only ran weekends and gave out half the gold of alpha but was for the "lesser skilled" players. That was how you do things correctly, give people at the top their rewards for being at the top but make sure that everyone else has something for their time. Evidence of this is how WILDLY popular it was. I mean you remember what it was like right? Any time there were less than 300 teams playing in the alpha bracket meant that the team sizes were huge, not that people weren't interested.

I also see your opinion on rewards but I always thought rewards should be higher than CW. As I said before there is a higher time commitment in tournaments but individual skill was also far more important. Having one dude mess up in 15v15 isn't that much of a problem. Having 1 dude mess up in 6v6 or something like that is a major event that may or may not lose you the match. As much as CW requires a better player than random battles, tournaments require a better player than CW. This should be represented in the amount of rewards they get.

At the end of the day yours nor my opinion means anything. The bean counters define the rewards and the R-[edited]are actually running the show over here. We're screwed from both ends.
