WG Ticket, Support Question

Just asking to double check...

So I have a ticket in that was responded to by WG support in about 26 hours a couple days ago.  I responded to the response and its coming up on two days without further comment/resolution etc.  The ticket appears to be open, but the initial response was kind of 'Can't do something about this' canned variety.  Since I responded to that for more followup (I provided more specific and additional information about the problem), they're still going to get back to me?  I have absolutely no problem with ticket times being a few days this time of year.  I just want to make sure my ticket isn't shipped off to the void.  I also don't want to open a new ticket if mine is still going to get responded to because that just floods the system.

Your ticket will have the "was your problem solved" prompt on it if the support team deemed it as finished so go check for that. If not then they might get back to you as the support team is probably overwhelmed with the holidays and the Caernarvon AX shenanigans.

Give them some time, they have not replied back to mine.  Email confirmed they received but no acknowledgment yet.

Cool thanks.  This is what i suspected as well.  Just got to wondering.

It took over 2 days to respond to mine, first line was an apology for taking so long but being swamped about the holidays
