Hey, just posting this here so hopefully a admin or mod will see and perhaps check. 

 

I've had a ticket open for about 4 days now, the last answer received is now nearing 2 days ago, just checking incase it got forgotten / mislabeled or something on their end, thx.

Same issue here. It's the weekend between Christmas and new years. Give it time

well, it could be obvious...   the staff that handles tickets are with family and friends for the holiday season.

Yeah my ticket has gone 20 hours without a response.

Please be aware... if you update a ticket, it doesn't move to the front of the line... it doesn't even remain in the same spot in the line... it goes to the BACK of the line.

Sent my ticket in the AM on Christmas Eve I got a reply 15 hours later. That’s fine I know it’s was a holiday, didn’t think I would hear back until after Christmas. Once I responded it took 2 days for them to credit me the tank. They said they have a ton of tickets. Overall I’m good with the time it took
