blocked as in their is some technical problem that the NA has, and they are understaffed so one person is trying to fix it all while also doing three different jobs.

I don't know how many of us are not business owners or taking part in a corporate machine. I know I'm not, I'm just a gamer working desk jobs. But I am pretty sure it's easy to forget just how crazy it is trying to move a company's operations along. It takes time to get that massive entity in motion. Wargaming can chug along at a decent pace once they're set up, but a change of direction takes time, effort, and a lot of money to go through. That's doesn't have to be a sign of corporate greed or not-caring-ness, it just is how it is. When something like this goes wrong, they need to divert resources from operations that are honestly more important, namely the day-to-day running of the game as a whole.

 

TL;DR: be realistic. They're a massive company, it takes time to solve bugs. Entitlement syndrome exemplified in this thread for pity's sake. Cut the personal attacks and treat the employees (and everyone else) like REAL human beings, regardless of what "side" you're on here.

That's not blocked. That's understaffed. Blocked means they can't do anything about it because there is some obstacle in their way. Understaffed means something else is more important and they don't have the time or manpower to take care of handing out player rewards.

Again, continued sympathies, condolences, and prayers to you and your family, cabbage.

 

I appreciate the update. I truly do not care what the reasons for the snafu, and I sure don't expect a clarification of what "blocked' is.

Knowing that you all are working on making things right as soon as possible is good enough for me.

And the fact that you all are throwing in extra items for "inconveniencing" me because something in a free game went a little sideways? Well, that is an unexpected but much appreciated niceness. Thank you.

i wasn't going to say anything but i guess i cant help my self,

 

im sorry to hear about your family cabbage, my condolences.

 

But this is more to the workings of a company, i would think that a multi-billion dollar company such as war gaming would have a better management on what is going on in their company, im not picking on anyone particular and im glad to see that there are people in the company, like cabbage, working overtime trying to help this game.

 

I dont own any companies but i would hope if i made a MMO game that i would try to make things like this easily automated and or have more than one person working on customer notices and prizes.

 

Lets keep in mind here guys that War Gaming isnt a small time company, quick googling pulls up that they are worth upwards of $1.5 Billion. (2016)

 

All i hope is that we get a better game, because i have spent countless hours of my life playing an amazing game and i would love to keep it amazing even in 10 years.

Keep the boxes, work on "unblocking" consumable sales. 6 month wait and the red headed stepchildren think their almost ready to be entitled enough to join the "real" family for the holidays :child: :arta:
