Klaatu good luck getting everything sorted out.
Lady Gaga slams claim she stole ‘Shallow’ from unknown songwriter
A three-note progression — in “Shallow” is based on his song “Almost.” The three notes — G, A, B — correspond to the hook of “Shallow.” This progression is common and can be heard in musical pieces dating back centuries. It can also be heard on Kansas’ track “Dust In The Wind,” released in 1978.

Smh... almost funny, but the sad thing is even if they don't settle just to get rid of it and it does get squashed in court he's still getting publicity to drive his song(s) up from this. That's why lawyers also need to be held accountable for frivolous crap like that.
Nice. Almost didn't notice Rick Derringer because of the eye candy.
HM, Highway 61 is also on my top 3 list of Winter tunes.
This completes my top 3.

Listenin' to this, and others...it got me thinkin'...
50 years and all that...
And now for the good version...
Recently, while listening to my stereo, a friend of my daughter who thought he was being funny, asked me why "at my age", I still listen to "THAT PUNK STUFF". Well, being somewhat "tipsy", I made a couple of kinda rude comments about listening to his OWN DAMN STUFF (in somewhat more colorful verbiage). I apologized afterwards but thinking about it, despite the theatrics, is it really so different from many of the stuff that people have shared here?
For your review...
Amazing how a change in perspective or a change in presentation, maybe totally upsets everyone's perceptions.
