If you're bored, I made my 1st game review of a mod for Doki Doki Literature Club:

SPOILERS! Do not watch if you think you might play Doki Doki Literature Club

http://DDLC.moe

If you have no interest in playing DDLC, you won't be lost watching the vid - I believe the narrative and entertainment factor carries it on its own.

LMK if it doesn't make you laugh (or cringe in spots), I'm going for something different that what others do.

:P

I absolutely LOVE Yahtzee.

The Zero Punctuation review was how I discovered DDLC.

I got to where he said "spoilers", went and played it, and was CRUSHED by it. Awesome. I owe ZP for getting me into it.

+1 !!

I've never watched any of those though I think my grandkids do. No wonder they're screwed up. Why don't the characters have noses ?

Because - "I got your nose!"

(heh)

I never played a Visual Novel (or "dating sim" ). But I am a huge fan of psychological horror novels.

Anything with well written twists (King, Lovecraft) that can trip me up and then knock me for a loop.

(I'm a trained tactician, Marine Infantry Officer, so its difficult to surprise me.)

Think of DDLC as akin to a "choose you own adventure" type book.

It is masterfully written and everything I like in psy / psy-horror.

5/5.

Well worth the 4-5 hr investment.

All I will say is - if you don't see credits, it's not over.

I just don't get the 21st century. I'm lost in the ozone I guess.

It's an anime art style thing.  The "noses" are hinted at.  It's a Japanese cultural thing about having delicate facial features.

Asia has this trick of combining ubercute and things it wouldn't normally be associated with. Sometimes this goes very wrong(tentacles) and I won't link any of that disturbing stuff.

However this should be fine.

IF this video is good... then I will do one in the same style for WoT.

So - LMK eh?

It's good. Funny AND creepy at times.

:\

Nice editing.

I don't know the game at all, but yeah - easy to follow.

The 'doooooche' part was funny as hell.
