Tank should stop, when lost Connection

Why Wg just dont make your tank stop when u lost Connection or game crashes, just like in any other online game? Is it rly that hard?

It is indeed pretty annoying to keep driving straight ( sometimes even out of cover ), when experiencing a lag spike.

Making the tank stop isn't something they can do. The reason you tank keeps moving is because the server relies on the most recent signal from your PC. So, if you tell the tank to move forward, then lose connection, then tell the tank to stop, the server only knows you told the tank to move forward and will continue to execute the command until another command is received.

The only way they can fix that is by building stronger pingers into their servers

​LOL no...  They can detect when you disconnect from the server, thus they can EASY add a simple command telling tanks to stop.

 

So funny how you all make simple things seem so "complicated", when like the OP stated, every single Online or Offline game on the planet does it.

Its like League of Legends, the moment you disconnect your character goes back to base. In Wot the tank should at least stop moving.
