• Requirements: 1900 rWN8, 54% rWinrate, 4+  Meta Tier 10s with 50% W/R and 2000 Avg Dmg., TeamSpeak for voice comms, Discord for chat comms

Option Number 2… TL-DR. Home of the Semi-Serious.

• Focus: Tier 10 Clan wars and Advances, Tier 8 Strongholds
• Bonuses: Tournaments, Clan Boosters
• Requirements: 1600 rWN8, 52% rWinrate, 3+ Meta Tier 10s, 1+ Meta Tier 8, and 1500 WN8 Tier 10
• Expectations: Participate in SHs 2 hours per week, Participate in in CWs, 1 battle per season length (ie. 30 days season, 30 battles required)

• All requirements are for recent stats. 
• Age requirement of 18+ for all clans. Exceptions can be made on an individual basis. While usage of strong language and bad manners is discouraged, it can, and does, happen from time to time on TS.

As you see not only i bump ours everyday, so does a lot of other clans. I have never gotten a warning for bumping my recruitment post.

Never seen it be a problem either. Although we typically use WoT Subreddit for recruiting since....well since reddit.

It never used to be an issue, but there is a rule(they changed it a bit since then...):

 

• Clans are permitted to post ONE recruiting thread into this section. Any more than one post in the recruiting section will lead to the posts being locked and removed. If you need any of your outdated posts locked and moved or merged just use the report button on your post with your request.
• Bumping: If your recruiting thread falls off page one, you are welcome to bump it. We recommend that the bump be constructive, after all pointless one word bumps just look like spam and makes your clan look bad anyway. Pointless obvious bumping of threads that are already on page 1 is not permitted
