I moved from South America to Europe! (Transfer)

So I joined WoT in 2012, i've been playing for a long time, i've contributed with gold many times, but the thing is I moved to Spain from Colombia and now my ms (ping) is horrible! it says it's 180 or so but the green/red lag indicator is most of the time red and my game lags. I can't play like this, it's very sad and frustrating and since i've been here sin the origins I'd like to ask for a transfer. PLEASE. I can't start from scratch in another server, I've got tons of tier X, premium tanks, etc. 

 

My fps is fine 70-90 and my wifi connection very good. (5G) I even play in minimum graphics even though my mac can handle much more and low quality audio and all my programs closed but it's useless. I really need to be closer to the server. 

 

Please help me

Submit a support ticket and explain your situation.  You won't get assistance from them on the forums.  Your connection will also be a bit better if you hard wire your PC to your Router.  Good luck.

Don't count on getting a transfer.  When I created an EU account, I ran into a lot of South Africans.  When they started WoT, they were automatically set up on the NA servers.  When they found out that they had been shafted, many of them created new accounts on the EU servers.  The WG staff would not help them to arrange transfers of their NA accounts to the EU servers.  Apparently WoT NA and WoT EU are considered entirely separate business units.

 

Perhaps someday WG will operate as a global business, but that remains to be seen.
