I just look over at the asia server website, why do they get this

How It Works
Unlike all previous events on the Global Map, the rate at which personal Fame Points are earned in Soldiers of Fortune depends on YOU, not your clan officers. You may choose to exchange your Fame Points for bonuses to farm Fame Points at a higher rate, or hoard them to spend on various rewards after the end of the event.
Clan officers will determine the strategic direction of the campaign, by deciding where their members' efforts should be focused on. Like in the previous Arms Race event, the battlefield will be divided into three successive Fronts that vary in size, bonuses and Fame Points earning potential:
Basic Front, 10v10, Tier IX - X
Advanced Front, 10v10, Tier IX - X
Elite Front, 15v15, Tier IX - X
Leaders will also need to decide whether to spend clan Fame Points on various strategic bonuses in the Lab, or to save them for later use.

How Does It Work
Unlike all previous events on the Global Map, the Soldiers of Fortune has one essential difference: the speed of gain of personal Fame Points depends on players, not on the clan officer. Players will need to make a decision and select between exchanging the personal Fame points for bonuses to increase the speed of gain, or keep and spend their personal Fame Points on various rewards after the end of the event.
Clan officers will have to concentrate on the strategic part of the Soldiers of Fortune which is similar to the Arms Race event: the battlefield will be divided into three successive fronts that will vary in size, bonuses and number of Fame Points that can be earned. Clan leaders will need to decide on how to distribute the clan Fame Points: they can either aggregated or risk and spend them on various bonuses in the Lab. The bonuses will increase the speed of gain of clan Fame Points or provide other strategic advantages.
All game event battles will be played in the absolute format, 15vs15 in Tier IX-X vehicles.

Why can't we have fronts like them ?

We do get 3 fronts as well.

Clan officers will have to concentrate on the strategic part of the Soldiers of Fortune which is similar to the Arms Race event: the battlefield will be divided into three successive fronts that will vary in size, bonuses and number of Fame Points that can be earned

Never mind you're talking about the 10 vs 10 part. Probably server population.

if they do it for one region, they should do the same stuff for all. 10v10 be awesome for a lot of clans.  But you won't earn that many fame points, unless you fight 15v15

So if it was free and easy they would do it but if it's hard/challenging they don't want to?

I don't know your stats, but it seems like you are being held back...Join a clan that you can get into that share the same beliefs, ideas, and expectations if you want a reward tank. OR if you are in a position, fire your recruiters and get new ones and kick your players that don't want to do CWs/Campaign activities. Or do nothing and complain on the forums.
