I might do a tank review for these two, but until then, a quick 2 second opinion on them:

Panther 8,8cm: Don't even think about buying it. It's a terrible tank that's beyond outdated in the current meta. It has no real redeeming qualities, and it's not a tank I'd want to receive for free, let alone having to pay for it.

Turan III: It's an alright medium tank. I actually kind of enjoy it, but it's nothing special, and definitely not worth the $18.99 price tag.

Panther 8.8 is an awesome killing machine... at tier 6.

Do not buy.

Almost everyone who bought the boxes won the Turin at least once.

I think it's a fun vehicle. :P
Mobility gets it from A to B, good DPM, usable pen and gun depression.
Armor's not reliable, but at least half of all tier 8 meds don't have good armor.

Aim time's a bit long and the top speed should be at least 50 km/ph, but I have no problems with the rest of the stats.

Normally, I would agree with you but I have to disagree with you on the 8.8.  I used it during the Frontlines missions it worked very well for me.  I used the FTL44 and the 8.8 and did well with them both.  In normal WOT meta it is bad though

The premium tier VIII Panther 8,8 should be considered more for players with a lot of experience. I discovered this the hard way. My best guess is, this tank will rely heavily on the players knowledge of map use, as its position seems crucial for survival. The Panther 8,8 is not fast, has reasonable traverse for both the hull and turret with a very mediocre rate of fire and paper thin armor when you consider you will be slugging it out with tier IX and X vehicles. It's biggest asset is the gun dispersion of .29 with vents and BIA. You will probably want to hold back and play more of a support/sniper role, so APCR ammo will help with moving targets. But remember, the bullseye in your sight can spread by as much as 12 inches for every 100 meters, so in a support/sniper role, you will probably more often then not be shooting at a silhouette as opposed to the cupola. I would definitely advise waiting to see what happens with the APCR ammo rebalance before even considering this tank, as the proposed nerf will make this thing little more then a garage ornament. But if you like a challenge, this could be your ride.
