Unable to Login - "You are still logged in on another server."

Like the title says, I have been unable to login today. I was previously playing on the US East server. With it now closed I tried to login to US Central and was met with the error message "You are still logged in on another server. Server "US Central" error, session on another server is incomplete."

 

The only mods I use are just a few parts of Solo's mod pack, which I uninstalled to try and login but it had no affect. If anyone could help me with this that would be awesome.

I was hoping someone else here had already had the problem and fixed it :unsure:

 

I put in a ticket and I'll see how that turns out.

reinstall solos with a clean wipe, it worked for me

Had it happen to me a few times in the past.

Restarting my pc fixed it.

Dropping an update because I cannot possibly be the only person having this issue......can I?

 

Uninstalled my mods, rebooted my PC, ran WG's tester and sent them the logs, had the launcher run an integrity check, logged out of XVM, completely reinstalled WoT.......game still tells me I can't login because I'm still logged in to a different server. I have a sinking suspicion my account somehow ended up stuck on NA East.

If you're having the issue where the game says it is logged into a different server, please submit a ticket to Player Support. We will need information from everyone experiencing the issue, so please make your ticket as detailed as possible (WGCheck files, screenshots of the error, etc.).

Howdy again, y'all! 

 

The issue should be fixed. Try logging in letting me know if everything goes okay. 

 

I also requested a list of those affected by this issue, and we will be providing them with compensation of premium time for the time when they were out of the game. If you encountered this issue, please keep an eye out on your account for the Premium to drop (should be before the end of the week).

 

I do apologize for the inconvenience and hope that y'all haven't missed too much time out on the battlefield.

Also, don't believe me about the "up to a week thing" above, I just compensated all of the affected accounts.

Simple solution:  If you're not going to force SA players to play on the SA server, then get rid of the SA server.  No reason to have more than one server here.

t's happening I think to everyone who was on L12 - NA PvE Southeast Temperate Free port. This is where my character was and the server has not come back up so guessing character is in limbo and confusing it when trying to log into another server. Maybe if they delete everyone's character info that was on that server or similar ones it might fix it if they let us create a new character acting like were new to the NA PVE server. 

 

try this method and let me know its working or not or you can directly contact me on my website Bigpond help and give me a feed back and if you face any problem then just ask here i
