I have been trying to find where the requirements are written to earn the specific vehicle in a specific campaign

 

I am working on the T28 HTC and have the TD's 15/15 with honors, Hvy Tks 15/15 with honors, Medium Tk 15/15 (15 NOT with honors), Lt Tks 15/15 (15 with honors) ... nothing done with arty ...

why do I not own the T28 HTC ... what do I still have left to do?

you need to do the Arty ones.

You need to complete he MT-15 with honors or the SPG15 without honors.

Personally, just try to get MT15 with honors.

thanks guys ... as a real artilleryman in the service of my country ... I hate playing artillery in this game ...
