Yep. After many tries, playing many battles and getting in the top 10 of  my team, I got stuck with 2 tokens ("Roller" and "Shell" ) and never received the 30k xp. Great.

You know after 3 days of players logging in to try to claim rewards and having it fail in various ways, maybe they could just give everyone who entered those codes the free XP so we can stop jumping through hoops to try to claim it on particular vehicles. What a waste of time.

Guess we just got fudged. So much for january's scavenger hunt, huh?

Don't get me wrong, I love events like these and I think it's a great way to engage with the playerbase, make them play the game and get to know CC's while working to get nice rewards, but man, I swear in this particular case it worked out just as well as Fyre Festival. I just hope this kind of stuff doesn't repeat for February's, because that one is such a big event with a huge time commitment, and I don't wanna find out after collecting and activating the 28 codes that because a dumb system error I'm missing some codes and I won´t get my rewards...

Interesting, I entered 4 codes as well and I got 2 tokens after my first battle and 2 tokens after my second battle. I've gotten some reports from players that they received correct amount of tokens & boosters + the XP reward. I got dunked in my second battle so I'm still trying to test on my end. 

I'm going to request a data pull and see if we can get everyone some free XP as compensation <3

Thanks for the effort. I know you are getting a lot of undeserved flak in the comments for the issues with this event, but I just wanna let you know no matter the result I appreciate the effort put into these kinds of events and hope they keep on going (with less technical issues, of course).

Update, see further down post, did receive xp and food items on 4th time in top 10 xp.

 

I have gotten the reserves reward twice, but did not receive the xp.

Domo you seem to be active in this thread.  The 30 xp is working, but on the fourth top 10 game.  Takes 3 to open the 30xp mission.

 

And plus one for persistence and a thick skin.  Not to mention keeping us informed.

Both started off at 0/999.

 

After the 30 xp mission was finished the shell token is still showing 4/999 and the roller missions (and the 30k xp mission) is now complete and showing as unavailable

No win requirement as my first and fourth game were losses.

I'm receiving multiple reports that it's functioning now but some weird stuff is going on with the tokens.If the 30K XP went on the wrong vehicle because your tokens got messed up for whatever reason, please submit a ticket and PM me your ticket ID.

After all this insanity I'm going to be double and triple checking everything involved personally to ensure it all works as intended next month. If there isn't a way to get the missions functioning properly we'll just pay the rewards out via a mass invoice based on the number of codes each player redeemed.

By the way, on a somewhat related note, I probably should have mentioned this sooner but if you have any questions as to which or how many February Codes you got credit for so far, Customer Support can definitely look that up for you and let you know. Not ideal, I know, but it is a potential solution just in case.

I will also confirm that this was the case for me. Got the 30k xp and the food items on my 4th game in the top 10. Winning was not required as my 4th game was a loss.

Well folks the party's over...

 

They just "fixed" the other 0/999 glitch.  I knew it was coming cause they already fixed the other one.  Was still able to get one more in under the wire.

 

Ok...  seems the only thing glitched was the 999 counter and the missions are completing/closing as intended.

 

And don't play musical chairs with Domo as he's hopping between mutliple threads like a boss.  Just saw him respond to my initial post I quoted in this thread.  So with that said...

Play 1 more game in the tank you want the 30k xp on. It gives it to you on the 4th game.

Thanks for all your hard work Domo Sapien,,,,,,I got the boosters on the first 3 battles and the 30,000xp plus food on the 4th....well worth the little effort required to get the codes!  Enjoy your day everyone.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Side note,,,,,the 1st 2 battles I got all 3 boosters times 6,,,,the 3rd all 3 boosters times 3,,,,,,,better than I expected.

I have finished in the top 10 in xp 7 or 8 times now.  Still no luck
