I have followed the video: https://youtu.be/W7GrPhllIHg on how to link and get the Twitch Prime care package but it doesn't work. I have tried on an existing account and a brand new one. Linked to amazon and WG and Twitch. All that was in the video.

I get NO claim to offer in Prime Loot. It is NOT there. Other clan mates in my clan have the same issue.

Again there is NO CLAIM offer from Wargaming in Twitch Prime Loot. Fix it please.

The offer ended a long time ago, the reminder was for people that didn't get their loot by logging in.

Open the PORTAL and look on t he RIGHT .. the 5 or 6th one down says:

Twitch Prime Redeem your care packages

can you see it NOW? why the hell would WG put it in the portal as valid when its not? OR do you know what your talking about? NOT!

i linked my accounts and did everything to redeem this offer. FALSE advertising. Having a player link World of Tanks to Twitch/Amazon, why?

i guess WG doesn't honor what they say. I'm trying to get the "gifts" but all it's been is a headache. THANKS, Wargaming! Please do what you say or players will start to think that.. should i say it? ya. You're lying.

THIS is supposed to be support. WHY is it not one of you WG employees can help? Pathetic.

... i'm beginning to think WG doesn't even care man. I spend 100's of $ on this game and i get NO support for something "they" say they offer.

TY Wargaming for the offer that i could not get and NO support to speak of on the matter. It's ok that i spend a lot of money on this game just to see a free "gift" that is totally unobtainable.

Please read... The reminder was for a offer that had ended sometime ago. It was just a reminder to claim your offer that was awarded before the time limit expired.

Lesen Sie bitte ... Die Mahnung galt einem Angebot, das vor einiger Zeit zu Ende gegangen war. Es war nur eine Erinnerung, um Ihr Angebot zu behaupten, das vor Ablauf der Frist vergeben wurde.

Regards

Tom_kommt
