As to the wheeled vehicles, apparently WoT forgot about the original T-59 wolf packs.  Played my first round against a triple wheelie platoon and it was anything but fun, for anyone but them.  The match was over in less than 5 mins.  Get rid of them.  If you allow them you might as well allow Arty platoons again, if they were so unfair.

Played a few games in my spg, got rushed everytime by these wheeled vehicles. Artillery is defenseless against these vehicles, at least other lights were slow enough to be able to get hit by spgs. Its just a broken vehicle with many advantages over other lights. Wargaming wanted to get rid of spg players, well, well done. I think im gonna quit this game.

I agree with you Avalon304 even though I just got my first wheelie, would rather had them put more time into the ammo re-balance they are talking about, and to have them re-balance all HE ammo also...to many FV 4005 players are spamming HE and doing way more damage than any other HE guns.

Probably too soon to gauge the long-term ramifications we're actually dealing with. The novelty factor of the wheelibois is massive, for good or ill. Once the initial frenzy dies down then we'll get a clearer picture of how things turned out. As for me, I'm still confident that we'll soon find that these things are totally impractical in most situations and that most of this hysteria is over a bunch of underpowered, blind, gimmick-ridden light tanks. 

 

But on the off chance that I'm wrong and that the sheer gimmick factor alone makes the wheelibois meta-breaking, that's an opportunity. What we'll need to counter the wheelibois is something that's really good at seeing them coming, catching up to them, and blasting the crap out of them. The regular light tanks are out of a job since the mediums took it over, but buff them the right way and they could become the solution to this problem.

What's going on with the multithreading support? On the 1.4 Common Test Server, I was getting much improved performance at 4k resolution. On the 1.4 Live Server, I am getting very similar FPS to what I was getting on the 1.3 Live Server. Was multithreading not implemented? What's going on? Why was the Common Test Server performance so great, yet the live server is not?

Just to follow up; I've determined the cause of this issue to be Aslain's Modpack. I've left feedback on their forum. Thanks!

Turret traverse and snap shot from autoaim is kinda too good on wheelies right now. That is all.

Yes I also wonddered what happened to the tier 2 wheeled vehicle  they were talking about. It sounded like everyone was going to get it to see if they liked the concept, then nothing.

On the Common Test, if you entered a zone after it was captured, you got blown to bits by airstrikes and artillery. Now, in the regular server, I'm getting hammered by the enemy, after we captured a zone, and they're not getting hit by airstrikes or artillery! Can't even leave the spawn area without getting hit from several enemy tanks! What is up with that??????? :angry: :hiding:

When is Frontline mode available? I can only play from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM PST usually, and I see that it's not available today during that time. Will it ever be?

So I see Frontline is not available during 12:00AM-3:00AM PST every day during the event, which is mostly when I am on.

 

I really like this game mode, but this schedule is not working for me. At least if it was available until 1:00AM, it would be not so bad.

So the only thing that I see that changed with 1.4 is that I've been bottom tier in every battle since it came out. Didn't matter what tier it was, I was bottom tier. Good job!

Get rid of those damn 6 wheeled Frenchies! This is WOT, not WORC. They totally negate the purpose the LT in the game. And they seem to never miss a shot when using auto-aim.
