Three days as a premium account only availability. You will be able to buy it Monday unless you buy some premium time.

If you have premium, make sure you are logged in while looking at the Premium shop.

The earlier version with 370m base view range and a worse all-around gun was a complete joke, I didn't think they could make a worse bulldog than the normal M41 but somehow they did. Now that the M41D has been buffed across the board, I'd say its way more competitive than the normal M41, but that's not saying as much as you might think, the normal M41 is garbage.

But let us suppose that it is decided that a counter has to be made against the wheelibois. The niche of the well-armed light tank that can see them, keep pace with them, and out-DPM them could be the answer.

high velocity shells is the medicine for those wheeled bugs.... i think this light can be a good counter. We'll see.... about to play my first match with it.

$21.69 with my 30% discount coupon.  That was an easy decision.

That was my thought as well. Won't be able to test until I get home from work this afternoon. Let me know how it preforms!

This tank better be for sale by the time I get home.  It's not showing up in the store even with

prem.

OK, just played a few battles.... take this with a grain of salt cause well, i suck. But for what it's worth: gun is great, those high velocity shells are a blast, and the high speed reload is awesome. Gun handling is very good, nimble and quick. The mobility lacks so I think it doesn't really work as an active scout (though with the new wheelies who wants to play a normal LT active scout anymore right?). Still it is a little more agile or less sluggish than the german bulldog with better acceleration, horsepower and torque.

All that makes it more like a sniperish/scoutish light tank i think. So, good camo is a must. Definitely a good (probably VERY GOOD in the right hands) counter for the wheeled bugs.

All in all I like it a lot.... a different flavor of a bulldog, a good one, tasty, stingy, spicy. Different than the german BD, not better, just different.

A keeper.

Silly thing, but make sure when you're in the prem shop it's got you logged in.  Stuff like that happens to me at times (makes me do a double take).

Think I'll buy it for use in Frontline.  Already have the type 62 & 64 for crew trainers.

The crew thing might tempt me. Crew grinding is such an awful process.

I tend to throw a lot of special around just in general.  Do you mean GOLD ammo ?

It hasn't been called gold ammo for quite some time since you can buy it with credits now.

Nice little tank. The gun handling is solid and it plays a lot like you'd expect since it's a clear sidegrade from the tech tree M41, with a tiny bit worse mobility and vision.

Not sure if it's really better than the M41 90 though. The high rof, high accuracy gun probably encourages a cleaner playstyle, but I think the higher alpha is probably more flexible overall. I don't have the M41 90 to compare do it would be nice to hear from someone with both.

I've got both M41 90s (I'm silly that way), and I definitely like the earning potential of those two tanks vs the M41D simply due to the HEP ammunition that is so very useful.   But it should play very similarly, minus the special alpha damaage of full pen HEP shots...

The ammunition speed will be a great thing.  I love APCR as standard ammunition in any tank.  Makes taking snapshots so much easier...
