Sorry, I am not talking about War Gaming.
I have to have surgery at the end of this month to have a bone spur (Haglund's deformity) removed on my left heel. I will be off work for 8 - 12 weeks. I should have a lot of tanking time on my hands unless the pain medication make me to loopy. Then I guess I will have to play arty.
While getting all my ducks in a row, I asked our HR department how will I go about paying my insurance while I am off. Will I pay each week? Can I pay once a month? Do I have to pay in advance or will they just double up each week when I return until I have paid all the debt back? What she told me next brought a tear to my eye. She said that they will pay for my insurance while I am off.
Now that's a GREAT company.
