When are we going to stop blaming the player who complains? Two years ago I could pen an enemy tank but WG added tanks with much more armor and now all I get is "we didn't even scratch their paint"; I'm a constant but the game changed. How long ago were autoloaders introduced so now I get cut to shreds while reloading my next shell? Now, the way MM works, teams are built that 'cream' the other team 15-2 (or worse) and battles are over in 3 minutes; I have been reduced to a 'constant' loser. Yea, I'm the constant but WG has reduced me to a one hour a day player.

The only constants in the game are poor mm, rng, players such as myself and much complaining on the forum......just the way it is.

In my one and only "trial" battle last night, I had a heavy and a medium of the other team within my sight...could see them as clear as day!  You think my reticle would "light" them up, put a red outline around them?  Nope....    I at least tried to fire at them, with my reticle marker , right in the middle of them. Fired.......four times like that.  My shells when over them by tens of feet!  For that, I blame WG, not me.  I'm ketchup in a solid form, I know but things like that are frustrating.   That isn't even RNG!  Yea....I shut down the game right after that.....

btw, you got this all messed up.  You are 100% certain to have a better player on your team if you are a better player.

That 6.6%,oddly enough, covers the majority of the win rate spread from average.  Funny, that.

Sometimes I'm responsible and sometimes I will say screw it and try something different. Usually it ends up bad but once in awhile it pays off. Call it a character flaw but i just hate to be expected to follow the crowd. So every once in awhile I will try to hold a flank by myself or get too far out in front.

Its interesting how its always the same kind of players that say " its WG's fault not mine ".

This seems like the right spot...

 

The MM does seem to have a problem, and I'm a lousy player but there are 14 others who should be randomly better or worse.  But I've seen a new Trend and It is very frustrating actually on both sides of it.

My average win is right at 46% but since the new year it has been running closer to 33% or worse, and I'm talking 40+ matches in a day, nearly every day.

 

Here is the issue, and I think others will agree that it has to be the MM.

 

Battle ends.  One team killed EVERYONE on the other team and the other team killed 5 or less.

Maybe 1 in 10 games will go down to what I would call skill and luck and someone wins.

But the other 9 are a slaughter for one side, and it should happen but not 90% of the time.

There is some mechanic in the MM that isn't being taken into account properly or is not being calculated properly for this to happen.

You don't just accidentally end up with 10 PRO's and 10 New/bad players on opposite teams that often.

Like I said I've been on both sides (generally loosing) but on both sides.  And it is great fun to run at max speed and as their numbers dwindle the more of you are after the few left and it becomes a race to just get a shot in on someone if you don't have a fast tank.  Once I got 1 shot in for a full game, because my Heavy could not keep up and by the time I got there the target was dead, and again and again until no more targets.

 

Can people think back over the last month and can you agree that the number of times it is a slaughter is too high?

It's a single spawn game, so once a player is killed they are out. As soon as one team starts to gain a 3 or 4 gun advantage the steamroll begins.  Instead of "man to man coverage" the team with the numbers advantage can start double teaming their opponents, and their numerical advantage keeps increasing.

 

If your team loses 3 or 4 tanks more than the enemy, in the early stages of the game, you'll almost always end up with a 5-15 result or similar. Unless your team has someone that can get 6~8 kills, and help even out the numbers, it's gonna be a very uneven loss with single spawn type gameplay.
