This should be taken as a lesson on how not to do an event. What a mess.

Based on what others have said, I didn't bother putting in the ticket.   I can't prove how many I think I put in, so not going to get me very far.

Except they have fixed and added tokens for another player that also has no evidence of how many codes they entered.

This event has been so poorly managed, executed and supported from top to bottom. At least Domosapien is getting a learning experience out of this.

Well I finally got the xp, thankfully nothing went wrong for me. Really disappointed how WG pulled the rug out from under us though by announcing only in the end that we had to play at least 28 battles in only a few days to earn the xp. I do apprectiate the free stuff (even if its less than I was originally told), but you need to have all the rules laid out before the event begins.

Guys, if you're having issues with the tokens like I did, stopped at 27, open a ticket with support and they will correct it.

I did earlier today and within 1 hour they responded and credited my account with the tokens. I was then able to complete the missions.

Good luck.

I did the same and they credited my account with the additional token. Atleast they are responsible enough to resolve the issue. Kudos to customer support. :great:

I've been away for a bit, and I log in tonight to find out we only have 3 days to complete these missions? What the hell Wargaming?

What a garbage event.

Thanks for doing this scavenger hunt Wargaming NA and especially Domo_Sapien for heading it up.  I found a few interesting streamers and video makers.  The prizes were extremely welcome and I thought it was a rather well executed event considering the massive scale.

it would have been less complicated if you could see the amount of codes you had in the garage instead of guessing or sending in a ticket like i did.  I did receive all but was on vacation until sunday night!  it should have been a week long event to get the 40k..  It took a month to get all of the codes..

Thanks for the scavenger hunt Wargaming NA, the boosters and the free xp prizes were a real help on getting me  farther down the road to my first two tier seven tanks.  Was able to unlock all the modules on P.43 ter and slap a nice chunk into the xp need to get the P.44 Pantera for frontlines!

I put codes everyday (sometimes twice). I used my mobile phone for this. I didn't put codes in my PC. I took code from GAjonny post (thank you very much, man!), and everytime it worked! 8 March I played over 30 battles and recieved all prizes, including 10+30 combat hp. Thanks WG, cc, forum!!! I am happy)))

After providing the SS of nuclearguy931 to support

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Support.
I see that you have provided us screenshot coming from another player in which we have responded that we have provided him another set of tokens to continue the progress in Scavenger Hunt. It was a special case that happened to that player which is why we have provided tokens for him.
We do apologize if we can't do the same to you. As what our colleague have mentioned, you only collected 24 codes in which you got a total of 26 codes since we have given you 2 more codes as part of mass invoice. Your understanding on this matter is highly appreciated.
We hope this clear things out. If you have other questions, don't hesitate to contact us again or visit our FAQ page as you may find answers to your questions immediately.

WG support is inconsistent. While nuclearguy931 has provided no evidence as no player has been able to provide any that on their end. All nuclearguy931 stated that he was locked out of the last mission.

This makes myself think twice about opening my wallet up again to WG.

This was a BIG F YOU reply from support.

I could not agree with you more. I provided every code that I had put into the wargaming redemption and they responded that there was nothing they could do as the system shows all the codes -- but it doesn't show all the codes, there are gaps in the days.

I can't believe something that was supposed to be a fun little event has turned into so much of a crapshow, to the point where I don't even feel like playing WoT's anymore. I did my part, I'm not sure why its so hard for Wargaming to do their part.

@domosapien -- thank you for your hard work  in attempting to put on such a great event -- I know its not you. :)

At this point we have a couple options,

1) Showing favoritism to some players

2) Support not doing their job because it is simply just easier to copy pasta responses.

Yep It was a crap shoot I didn't even try a ticket they had me at 22 tokens I thought I had 25... no proof, so with the 2 they gave everyone I would have gotten the 10k. I wish I had tried who knows maybe they would have given the extras

Apologies for not following up on this sooner, my family was dealt some pretty devastating news over the weekend and I've been an emotional mess so I haven't been able to give this thread the right amount of attention.

If you experienced some kind of a technical issue with the Scavenger Hunt missions, received an unsatisfactory response from Customer Support, or feel that the number of codes you redeemed wasn't properly represented, please PM me if you haven't already. I can't promise anything at this time but once we have an idea as to the scope of the issue, we can figure out some appropriate compensation.

screwed out of 130k(the missions last month that locked you north or south) in xp cause WG cant properly run an event, support wont even tell me which days I missed(two of the days were due to the technical issue that we were supposed to be compensated for, plus the two bonus, I have a hard time believing I miss five)
