Do you believe Wg. has decent customer service?

it depends on the matter that you need support..

but in general yes.. i believe they have a "good" support team..

In my experience they're pretty poor, they have a habit of responding with copy-pasta that's only tangentially related to the issue, and are unmotivated enough to forget to change the name on their responses to match the actual person they're replying to. It's almost like you're conversing with a not particularly well-programed chat bot at times.

as i said, it depends on the matter of your ticket..

i had kinda "copy-paste" responce once.. but every other time i sent a ticket, it been answered really quick and with true interrest to help..

I've had a variety of experiences with them. I've had some moments where they responded quickly and as well as I could have hoped for, and other times when I felt as thought I was talking to a brick wall. I've had tickets answered in under 1 hour to my satisfaction, and I've had tickets where I had to go between multiple representatives who each gave me a different response (each of which felt copy-paste), or when the responses I got from one representative directly contradicted what a previous one in the same ticket had just told me.

 

They're inconsistent and frustrating as a whole because of this in my opinion. They seem to aim for automation a lot more than quality of response, and when simple copy-paste answers or their normal go-to policies don't work, it just becomes a chaotic experience for the customer.

 

So, to answer the question - Do they have decent customer service? Sure, decent. Passable. I'd give them a "C" grade if I were a professor. It's enough to get the job done, but beyond meeting the basic requirements for customer service, it can be a somewhat sloppy or just incomplete effort.

In 6 years and 50k+ battles across several accounts, I have never needed support's help... so... I don't know.

  Overall with the years i have been playing their customer support has been good, and getting better over time.

i have had mostly positive experiences with the service, my email address got hacked and they changed my password so i had to get wg to let me change my email address and it was a rather fast response so i was happy, also customer service is not the place to complain about arty and rng, and gaming stuff if you are having tech problems with the game there is a section of the forum to report errors and stuff, customer service is not there for that

Always been a satisfactory outcome whenever I've needed to contact them.

So far they're batting 1000.

Generally yes, all my problem have been resolved satisfactorily though their employees could know the game better.

I am waiting to find just that answer, 3/11 purchased some gold which was paid for by PayPal 3/12 as of 3/17 nothing has shown up in my acct.  We shall see, Joe responded to my ticket, I responded back, we're communicating? not quite, I haven't checked if Joe responded...we shall see.
