Dragon's Ridge, an open map with plenty of avenues for everything but heavies who were basically restricted to a few head on lanes

Hidden Village wasn't loved by me, but I didn't mind the options you had on it

Kharkov I didn't mind at all

Komarin was butts

Northwest was yummy and had all of the avenues of approach and so many ways to engage enemies

Pearl River was fun

Port was fun

Sacred Valley was fun

Swamp was fun if your team wasn't potato

Windstorm wasn't bad, either

So many maps I would enjoy seeing back and only a handful I wouldn't.

Mittengard had its charms, but it was too small.

But, about these maps we miss ? ....

THEY, DON'T, CARE.

These will be hilarious to play with the new physics.

Not to mention trying to run around in one of those wheelie clown cars.

Mittengard

Ranks right up there with the "Let us teach you camping" map Province.

If I was in charge of WG, I would have an "ALL IN MAP WEEK" where every map was turned on for every tier for one week and players could just have at it. :teethhappy:

But then there would the usual crying in the forums...

News on Kharkov!

I liked:

Windstorm

Kharkov

Pearl River

Hidden Village

Sacred Valley

South Coast

Northwest (loved this map even though it was definitely unbalanced)

Severogorsk (the icy camp type town with the dry river running through it)

Swamp (thought this map was mostly fun, honestly)

I didn't play:
Port

Dragon's Ridge

Hated:

Stalingrad

Mittengard

the older maps were more difficult to play. There were so many options yet, the groaners and moaners complained about camping, and cried so much that wot took the maps out.... and you got what, flat, mundane barely covered maps of extreme boredom, and a lot of players simply gave up the game. lately, the new maps have been an improvement, somewhat, yet they will never compare to the older original ones....

I really miss Stalingrad and Swamp.

Windstorm, Kharkov and Sacred Valley were pretty fun too.

Man i miss good old Kharkov, glad to hear it's apparently coming back soon after they looked at variations of it and i think you can even look through a building on Ghost Town (wait what's it called now?) and see a Kharkov map

Sacred Valley i really liked too, it was awesome and had a good balance of open field and brawling areas

WinterStorm's a great map and i want to see it come back

Swamp was okay but importantly it added variety

Stalingrad looked like trash but i don't hate it as much as a lot of people cause i always did good in my heavies and mediums

also it's not a possibility but i want Old Erlenberg back, West side is 99% unplayed now and also East side hills got messed up

tbh I would rather play my redlining TDs on Stalingrad than on Tundra.

Also yeah, Erlenberg wasn't my favorite map but it was ok, it's completely ruined.
