As much as many might certainly favor that, I don't think WoT can compete with less random pvp games. And I suspect a lot who play WoT prefer a slower click-rate game.
But heck, the vocal crowds want it, and I have no idea what actual in-game data shows.

I agree with 2 limit per team, sounds good. The update to the stun/damage radius is a no brainer. Spell liner should of had this protection all along, that was what it was meant for( well daaah ).
BUT, to make the limits on range to 445? wrong! long range is it strength. Remove its shotgun ability? Sounds like someone wants an easy kill and not work for it. Even arty needs to be able to defend itself. smoke rounds? with the way arty is set up atm with very long reload, it would only handicap them even more. remember an arty only gets about a 30% hit rate, low damage/dpm on avg, so why are so many still crying about arty when there are so many op tanks in game that no one cries about?

Very true, if 2 are in que? put 1 on each team at least.

The limit of 445 is to force players to relocate more often.
Removing the shotgun ability is a no brainer..... (I play arty)
The assistance rounds would need a shorter reload

CB will make you move, just arty players need to try it more. Arty reloads are long, so relocate between shot is the smart thing to do. If smoke rounds are used, make it separate from regular fire rate with a very limited rounds per match or time limits. But remember that smoke rounds were AW idea so lets not start coping other games so much. With the limit you want on range would end the need for arty all together as you would be spotter right off the bat. once spotted, your dead.

The vocal crowds from where?? NA is their smallest market

The only thing that will keep the arty haters happy is just removing it from the game completely and utterly.
Then we;ll be all sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows.
You can tell that by the endless, biased polls that repeatedly show arty is not the problem and the community doesn't want it removed. There are legitimate debates about damage, the stun mechanic, and number-per, but the peripheral white-noise is deafening.
