I'm seeing a large latency increase this morning, near double.  The ingame meter for me coming from OKC with AT&T is usually shows 50-60 ms.  This morning it's been in the 100s.  I fired up PingPlotter and get this pathing.

I see our old friend Telia is back in play, yesterday I was going through Comcast severs.

I logging in to my VPN that has a Chicago server and usually lowers latency to the high 40s and see this.

It looks like the pathing is going way out of Chicago to get to the server.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Pathing freaked out for a little over a minute, then returned to how it's looked the last few weeks.

It was something introduced in the latest patch.  My Ping has been all over the place, on WoT, but stable on everything else.  I typically run between 30-60 but now I'm running at 60-80, in WoT, with random spikes of 150-180 and A LOT of rubberbanding.  Nothing says awesome like dying because the computer twitched you a tank length forward, despite you not actually doing it.

I had some bad lag my last game this morn but had to goto work and didn't bother running a pingplot. I live closer to Chicago than OKC too.

Here's the story off of WG Check tool on 30 min plot. No issues steps 1-8. 47-97% packet loss on the transmissions #16 being WOT server.
