I noticed in his recent video about xvm, pinging, TK-ing he was playing in a Grand Battle.   Even though I have that box checked in settings I haven't seen a Grand Battle in Months.  I thought no one else or not enough others had that set up in their settings, and that is why I wasn't seeing them.

 

What am I missing?   Anyone else enjoy Grand Battles?  IS Claus on the EU or Russian server?

A friend of mine that I was platooning with a couple of weeks ago forgot that he had it checked, so we ended up on the winter map, first time I had played it in a looong time.

I didn't know they were even an option, have not seen one in some time.

Claus plays on the NA server as he is Canadian. He may or may not play on other servers but have no clue. Grand Battles seem to only be tier ten only so if you're not in a tier ten tank you won't see them. Other than that..WG may have cut the rotation out for various reasons...

Ive not seen any since last year. Of course I have not played x very much this year, probably 15 times. I just recently got the 268 v4 so maybe it will pop up sometime soon. With frontline next week and the new mm less players may be playing Xs.

I would love to see more grand battles and even that style used for tier 8. Random selection does not enable near often enough for me.

I've been seeing grand battles about every 15 or 20 games. I seem to get them more often during holidays or long weekends.

i thought of that and checked, the video I am referring to was posted to his YouTube channel on 4-11-2019.

yea his vid was recent...i was curious about that too.i have heard others say they never get them,though the option is checked on.that was a cool looking map.too bad its only for tier 10.i MAY have a tier 10 in a few years.
