I d like to suggest that you invest in guinea pigs instead of mice that run your servers first. This server may not be able to run your next update considering all the crashes these days.

Can you guys please address the slow loading for HDD users? The main game is on an SSD, but the CT is on a HDD. And that is super slow, even after defraging the two files that are known to cause the issue (Audio.pgk 1&2).

WG seriously needs to put someone new in charge of balancing Japanese heavies.

 

When they were first introduced the O-I exp. was BLATANTLY overpowered, while the Type 4 was crap. Type 4 got buffed to mediocrity, later, at least (a +5 kph speed buff).

 

O-I exp., on the other hand, got everything nerfed except the 300 alpha that made it OP — so it just became broken. I will give credit where it's due: that was fixed several months ago when the whole tank was reworked.

 

Type 4 and 5s 15cms are laughably bad. As I pointed out when they were added, the fool who decided their DPMs went off the O-Ho's AP DPM instead of its HE DPM. The retarded gold HE makes them workable, but that's even worse.

 

Nerfing the O-I's rear armor seemed unnecessary to me. It was one of the fun quirks of the tank.

 

These upcoming changes are just lame. Type 4 and 5 will just keep spamming the gold HE round because why not, while O-I, O-Ni, and O-Ho are getting nerfed into mediocrity. O-Ni and O-Ho in particular require playing around their mini-turrets that more than compensates for their strengths.

 

The way it should be, IMO, is that the Type 4 and 5's 15cm should be a continuation of the O-X series': so AP, HEAT, HE, with good reload times and accuracy. Maybe the O-X series' 15cm's HE alpha should be nerfed, but not the reload time.

 

(TBH, the Type 4 and 5 are probably straight up bad for the game - they don't have awkward miniturrets like the lower tiers and their flat armor (with stupid shoulders) is either invincible or worthless, depending solely on the pen of what they are facing. Their 14cm plain sucks, and their 15cm is underwhelming to use and sucks to get hit by.)

Think more before putting new tanks in game then when you do leave them alone no matter who or how many [edited]. You want to buff something how about tier 7 t-29 lowest hit points in tier.

The Dmg nerfs to the lower tier HE shells of Japanese Heavies is entirely unnecessary, they were already worse versions of the KV-2s derp which has better HE pen. The HE guns are the only competitive gun on these awkward behemoths, they type 4 and 5 now are [edited], and the HE gun still encourages premium use, litterally give the HE standard shells their original damage and just change the premium shell to something else like a [edited]AP shell for weak spots like on lower tiers.

 

I like my Japanese heavies, even though they aren't the best to play, these changes are just going to cause the line to be underplayed till you comeback and change them again. Just throwing in my 2 cents as someone who likes these derpy monsters.

My favorite of this round of common testing is how they fixed the dpm when moving from O-Ho to Type 4.

 

O-Ho no longer has better dpm. Type 4 has now +1.1% more dpm! Totally worth the grind.

What was the point in nerfing the O-I, O-Ni, and O-Ho's 15cm alpha damage from 910 to 890? It makes no difference in the grand scheme of things. The change is so small that it is insignificant, why bother? It already has -9mm of penetration compared to the KV-2. If you want to nerf it, drop the damage by a noticeable amount, least 10%, or don't [redacted] change it. I feel like the only reason this was done is so that the KV-2 can say it has more alpha on the 152mm and WG can stroke their Russian egos.

I see a lotta hoo-hah for the few changes noted in the article.  Yes, all the previous stuff, too, BUT.

A whole update, on a NEWer tank lines, and SO MANY tanks lie fallow, hoping in God's name to get a buff (Hellcat hello).

Really.  make the GAME better, don't placate us with these high-tier fixes that don't help the game much.

5 Test iterations...impressive (not). 

But, you all already have our money, so machts nicht, yeah ?

no. just no.  It's JUST a test server, dude...relax.  Nothing there counts, you know that, right ?  Not gonna throw the QC department into a tizzy for you, I don't think.

You guys need to give a little love back to the FV4005... it went from being the worst td in the game, to being good, and now back to being arguably the worst td yet again... just don't nerf it's reverse speed. In a tank that has no camo and no armor, it NEEDS to be able to fall back at a reasonable rate after it fires. And 12km reverse ISN'T EVEN FAST!

I love the idea all the way around,( the premium account especially. I came in to test the new meds cant wait to buy the 1st one. When are they actually going to be ingame / when is the update? This might take some of the sting out of MM woaw's.

Por que no juegan su propio juego. O solo se basan en los números que ponen en el juego y con eso les vasta lo que estan haciendo es hacer mas grande el problema y nunca van a terminar si quieren balancear el juego tienen que rehacer todos los tanques de nuevo bola de flojos
