If we could downvote you would be so far in the red.  They are massively OP and get called out constantly for it both on the forum and in the game chat during frontlines.  They need nerfed and many people recognize that.

I am a fan of the armored golf carts.  They are very tricky to get great at, but a lot of players seem to panic when one gets close to them.  

 

A few things people need to know

 

1.  You need to relearn how to lead a target.  These things are moving at 60 Plus.  Much different then a normal tank even a batchat...the guys who are good at leading have no issues smoking wheelies in seconds.

 

2.  Don't stop moving...I swear 7/10 people I run up on rely on the turret speed to catch a circling vulture.  Turrets are too slow on most tanks...you have to turn the body as well.

 

3.  Stay by rocks mountains buildings and natural obstructions. The wheelies suck [edited]if they slow down to a crawl to navigate areas.  The really have issues in alleys...I can not tell you how many times I have got caught trying to back and forth and turn around in an alley. (Austin Powers Movie Golf cart scene)   

 

4.  Ram them or drive at them cut off there angles if at all possible force them to turn towards a building or something. Make them move with out seeing where they are going.  if they are coming at you most are auto locked on you. That means they are tunnel vision on you.  Force them to make mistakes.

I can effectively lead and tag them when running about. But, I find it interesting the number of bounces these vehicles receive. Any gun in this game should overmatch if it connects. Derps absolutely wreck lower tier vehicles with minimal armor, but these will shake it off with a 3/4 hp loss.  As for the wheels, you have valid points, but it seems all to often they have an easy means of escape. I'll give them that and the auto-aim mechanic as they are glass canons. But they should never "bounce" anything and large caliber HE rounds should be terminal.

So what? People constantly complain about arty in game chat and on the forums also.

different amounts, and in a different way.  Unlike arty wheeled vehicles are legitimately OP and not just annoying to fight.

This has been bothering me: 

"Wheeled vehicles need nerfed"

More correctly: "Wheeled vehicles need a nerf." You used past tense incorrectly. That bothers me more than wheeled tanks and arty together.
