There's a lovely gentleman who shows his affections by showering me with vernaculars and colorful metaphors. Despite my attempts to "kill him with kindness" and offers to be his new bff, he only wants to be on opposite teams so he can shoot me. Isn't he sweet?

I'd love to accommodate him. Is there any way to ensure that I could be on opposing teams with someone? Kind of like the anti-platoon?

Thanks for any tips.

Seems like it would be too easy to abuse, in that you message each other where the Arty is hiding, etc.

Good point, but I suppose cross team chat would be disabled. People would have to call each other on the phone or something.

That's what I was thinking. But the poor dear wouldn't rack up any XP for that.

It is possible to counter queue another player, but you need to know when they are hitting the battle button.  Works better in platoons as the mm tries to match platoon to platoon.

What I want is a mod to highlight friends on the other team so I know who to focus on for trolling.

Also potential for abuse of mission rigging, like bounce missions.

As mentioned, a training room would be the most feasible option.

Blacklist him...

Next time he is on the other team... you know who to shoot at first.

1) Turn off chat from non-friends (out of game)

2) put any loser on your blacklist (in game)

Love this game so much since I've done this...

This is assuming you are in voice communications, teamspeak or the like.

Choose your tanks, same tier.

Select a method of countdown, 3-2-1 and press battle at the same time.

The idea is to get in the same queue. For some reason the guys I did this with, also announced the queue population.

I was amazed at how many games they got into battles together. Many times with multiple platoons, and on opposite sides.

It seemed hit and miss, but I was amazed by how often it did work.
