On-Track WZ-132-1 tank discounts not working

Yes, I've entered the codes.  T9 shows 3,400,000 and T10 shows 6,100,000 credits to purchase.  Double checked and they should be 30% off.  I want to get the T9 but should have to pay full price since the on-track is supposedly going on.  Sheridan on-track DOES show the discounts.

 

Anyone else or know of a fix/workaround?

Had the same issue. Send in a ticket to support explaining the situation and they'll have you buy the tank at normal price then credit the credits back to your account.

I've already submitted the ticket.  Just waiting on their response.

Still nothing.  Submitted ticket along with a screen shot of no discount.  Got a response to the effect of thanks for submitting.  We've compiled the info you submitted and have forwarded it on to the developers.  Keep your eyes peeled for a resolution.  So I asked about continuing to lose days that I could not get a discount.  Response was Thanks for submitting.  We've compiled the info you submitted and forwarded it on to the developers.  Keep your eyes peeled for a resolution and they closed the ticket.

 

What a joke!
