Hello! I'm the guy behind wotinspector.com. Recently we've processed thousands of replays from wotreplays and created heatmaps for every map in the game. These heatmaps are new and up-to-date. We've also added new heatmaps that nobody had created earlier.

Some explanations on how they were created and work:

  • we used only tier VI-X games to reduce noise from low tiers
  • team movements and class movements show the driving directions in general
  • only tanks that stay longer than 3s on the same spot become hot
  • damages heatmap shows where tanks deal a lot of damage and where they received it
  • tracer heatmap shows where damage originates from, and the direction of travel of the shots
  • we created an XP map to show which early route most contribute to the game; for that we show the first 3 minutes and weight each routes with the awarded XP

Here is the link: https://wotinspector.com/heatmaps/?platform=pc

Feel free to post any remarks and questions here. What are your thoughts?

Like the part where you have to pay to look at the other half!

This probally violates the forum rules for advertising - since you have to pay to patreon to see the newer maps from this site

Not fond that you put some of the maps particularly the recent ones behind a pay wall....

Would be nice to have filters for tank class so you can isolate classes.  The colors kind of blend together.

2.3

Users are not allowed to advertise or promote other games, or link to their websites.

2.4

All types of posts for the sale or promotion of the exchange or transfer of accounts, currency, codes, and other services from one user to another violate the EULA and are prohibited within the forums and game channel

So your saying because he put maps behind a paywall doesn't violate the Rules of the forum he isn't advertising - maybe you need to re read the rules of world of tank forumsB

Love the WOT forum... Someone posts something cool... Someone else claims it violates some obscure rule

Fun!
