For The Next D-Day Tank Special M4 Sherman DD “Duplex Drive“ Combat-Ready Version!

Let's see if we can get the "M4 Sherman DD Combat-Ready" as the next D-Day special event tank for next year.
I believe it will be the perfect Teir 5 premium that is not overpowered or broken!
Also will be a great little piece of history that have in our garages.
What are your guys's opinion? Hopefully we could get this implemented for next year's D-Day event.
If we make enough noise as a community hopefully wargaming will listen.
I wonder if they can make to have the duplex drive working while you are driving around.
Not for going in water and swiming purposes. But to have the propeller down and running for aesthetic purposes.
So you get no extra benefits but it just adds a little bit of extra weight to the tank.
I'm surprised that this tank is not yet in the game when it has so much historical value.
Thank you for reading this hopefully we could get this into the game if enough people support it.
Good luck on the battlefield out there tank Commanders!

That would be a cool way to celebrate!  It'd be interesting if WG modeled the intake/exhaust risers, which would restrict gun-arc to the rear!  I'd like to see an Italian 'commemorative' from the desert war, perhaps a "Semovente" as a tier V TD or SPG.  A Chinese National M4 Sherman would be cool as well.  There are so many events from all sides of the war worth remembering, and these are good ways for WG to do them justice.  What other 'commemoratives' can the community come up with?

This video - particularly the title - is really misleading and has me a little torqued. While it is true that the DD tank had problems with rough seas, that should have meant they were not launched at that time in that sector.  The ones at Omaha were also launched too far out. Not all of the landings had such rough seas and the DD tanks did better in those areas

Anyway I support the idea of a DD tank for next D-Day! :)

me and my brother talked about this, you could 'put put' around any water but if you got hit on you sink to the bottom

That would be pretty cool if you could engage the fording kit to cross deep water areas.  x key or something like on the Swedes.
