Congrats, I didn't receive the bonus too, asked today and was told the mission worked flawlessly this Weekend. The people on this thread tend to disagree.

Day 7 had come and still WG ducks accountability.  I know some of you think I'm tilting at windmills believing anyone in Austin has enough pride in their work to admit they screwed up and make good on their promises.  Maybe I'm a fool.  Maybe they will just lock the thread like cowards so it stops being bumped to the top of this forum.  Only time will tell.  Until then I will see you tomorrow, and the next day, and the next ...

You were told by WG customer service that "the mission worked flawlessly"?  I'm surprised lightning didn't strike them.  What a bald-faced lie.  I almost said unbelievable but at this point nothing surprises me.  WG may be laboring under the delusion that the mission worked but I would bet that NOONE had access to the mission who didn't file a ticket.  Come one WG, prove me wrong.  How many people didn't need to file a ticket.  If it's more than zero I'll eat my hat.

Never happen

Bad enough we have to submit a code to even engage a mission now they want us to send in a ticket just to get it to work.

That is flawless?:izmena:

Day 9 - Guess who's back, back in game, G0NE is back, WG hides in shame.

So, the "Race for the Moon" event kicked off this morning, the third event of it's kind this year.  Let's have a quick review of it's predecessors success:

  - "Fire vs Ice" screwed up the payout weekend by disabling ALL missions on the May the Fourth weekend.

  - "British vs Colonials" well, this screwup is documented above so I won't bore you

I don't have high hopes for the success of this missions' payout working based on the past, but one thing is clear, WG SUCKS AT COMMUNICATION.  The official thread for "Fire vs Ice" never saw a WG contributor after post #8 in a thread that went for 181 responses.  The May the Fourth foul up occurred around post #120.  I've said it before and I'll say it again.  If my customer service were as bad as your customer service, I'd be out of a job.

Day 10 - Just what makes that little old G0NE think he can move a deeply flawed WG customer service department, when everyone knows that a player can't move a deeply flawed WG customer service department. But he has HIGH HOPES, he has HIGH HOPES...

Not going away WG.  You're going to get sick of seeing this post at the top of your forum before I get tired of posting.  Do the right thing and compensate us for the 2x weekend you didn't deliver.

Day 11 - This entire event is a microcosm of WG's failures.  They can't be bothered to fix anything, just move on to the next distraction.  It has to stop.  WE have to make it stop.  Demand accountability.  Deliver what you promised WG.

Day 12 - I think I figured out why WG screwed us out of this 2x weekend.  The US won.  They were so pissed off they not only buggered the implementation, they created a mission based on a lie for the "Race to the Moon" event to put us "back in our place".  Everyone knows the US beat the Russians to the moon, and no skewed, stacked scenario will change that.  Suck it Russians!

Deliver what you promised.  You owe us a 2x weekend.

Day 13 has come and WG has launched it's latest distraction grind to rave reviews.  Everyone is raving about poorly implemented tier matchmaking and battle limits.  It's almost like they didn't test it before farting it out onto the live servers.  Now the poor customer service (see what I did there) representatives are having to make excuses for this BooPstorm (see what I did THERE).

I have observed that most people only remember the lessons that hurt.  Does it hurt, WG?  I hope it does.  If you had any good will left with your customer base you might have gotten a pass, but you have squandered it with years of broken promises and broken content.  Fix your damn game.

You owe us a 2x weekend for the botched Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.

Day 14 Two weeks since the failed launch of the Continental 2x weekend.  Silence from WG.  Their story?  Only a "few" people needed customer service intervention to get the 2x weekend to start.  Lies!  No one has come forward to say that this mission worked on its own.  Everyone posting in this thread had to ask customer service to start it.  The onus is on WG to prove us wrong. Until they do, I will keep posting.

WG owes us a 2x weekend.  Deliver what you promised, you liars.

Day 15 - This is an open call to everyone who signed up for the US/Continental side.  Did any of you get a 2x weekend without contacting customer service?  Anyone at all?

WG owe us a 2x weekend for the botched Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.

Day 16, and not a single person has come forward to back WG position that the Continental event worked.  I'm still looking for even one person to say they got the mission without asking customer service for it.  I don't think that person exists out of all the people who signed up for and earned tokens for the US/Continental side.

WG, you owe us a 2x weekend for the Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.

Day 17 - Still no one has come forward to support WG's position that the Continental event worked.  Not a single person has said they got the mission without asking customer service for it out of the thousands who signed up for and earned tokens for the US/Continental side.

WG, you owe us a 2x weekend for the Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.

Day 18 - I just saw this laughable quote at the end of the "Race for the Moon Ends" announcement:

View PostSome WG Propaganist, on Jul 30 2019 - 14:50 CDT, said:

We want your Feedback! What did you think of the event? Please let us know in our dedicated Forum thread — it will help us shape future events!

What a joke.  Not a single "community coordinator" has had the decency to post a single thing in this thread since Domosapien said he "heard" mixed reports.  No follow up, no status report, NOTHING.  You know WG, when you stop talking, it's easy to imagine the worst.

You owe us a 2x weekend for the Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.

Day 19, and just one day away from WG's latest disaster "Trip to the Moon" reward weekend.  I have full confidence that WG will screw this one up, too.

WG still owes us a 2x weekend for the Continental mission.  Deliver what you promised.
