Greetings all;

As a maker of YouTube World of Tanks videos, who has archived every World of Tanks update as far back as version 7.3, I am a bit mystified why there has suddenly been a massive increase in the size of the install in the two latest versions of the game, as follows.  These are all SD installs, not HD.  (There may be small discrepancies due to the size of the replay and screenshot folders.)

1.0.2.3 - 24.5 GB

1.1.0.1 - 24.9 GB

1.2.0.2 - 26.9 GB

1.3.0.1 - 28.1 GB

1.4.0.2 - 27.4 GB

1.4.1.1 - 27.5 GB

1.5.0.4 - 41.0 GB

1.5.1.1 - 40.8 GB

It would be nice to know the reason for this.

Well, if you've archived all the versions then can't you just go in and check what resources are taking up more space compared to the previous versions? and for the .pkg files you find in res/packages can be opened like a zip file so you can find individual files

is it possible that some temp files in the install are causing this inflation? that is a LOT of extra drivespace.maybe some temp files that would normally be deleted are somehow remaining?im no PC software guy,but its worth an investigation.
