MOE is determined by the sum of your direct damage, and spotting or tracking, which ever is larger of the two. I don't play the 16.02 any more, and never was very good at it, but the generally held view is that either gun is viable, and your choice depends on your play style: stand off scout (5cm) or combat support (3 cm).

Just read up on how MOE is figured. I guess damage is the main consideration. I tend to do more stand off scouting, so might try the 5cm for a few games and see what happens.....

Stick with the Autoloader and get good at spotting, flanking, spanking and departing.
I tried for a long time to make the 5cm work, but it's just a no go. It's too small to snipe with and it's reload per round is too slow to sit from cover and plink up close. You have to learn to stay hidden until you can get a quick flank and spank moment. You dump your clip and disappear. Go hide, go dark, find someone else and do it again.
In the meantime, work on getting your passive spotting up as high as possible.

I tried the 5cm, not good. Guess I will stick with the auto loader. I find myself using APCR alot, though, so my credits are suffering. Have to play some of my money makers to keep me solvent :-)

Depends on your game play style...are you a Kamp Bush & Snipe type LT driver, or a bomb around and clip out distracted n00b type LT driver?

Love your videos on Youtube. I'm more of a bushman, but will load up some APCR in my Leopard if I see an opportunity to wail on someone :-)

This is a good response. I like the sheer fun of blasting with the 3 cm but the 5 is better if you want to do serious scouting.
Stand off scouting with this Tank got me much more xp than going into combat with it. One of the best scouts in it's class IMHO.
