Just asking if anybody knows how to calculate the odds of rng.

As an example:  200 mm pen ammo shooting a 60 mm plate.

How is it possible to not penetrate the 60 mm plate?

Does RNG have a limit or can it turn a 60 mm plate into a 300 mm plate, just because?

The game has +/- 25% RNG. That applies to the shell, not the impacted armor. So, look at the average penetration, and take 25% off of it, and thats your lowest pen value. Do the same, but add it, and thats your max pen value. You can do the same with damage. Accuracy is WAY more complicated.

the whole system is a joke has been forever...there must be a purpose to it that makes them money or they wouldn't be so stubborn about it

you also have to take into account there are auto bounce angles.  not knowing the battle that might be a possibility

You need ALL the RNG  and usually it isn't in your favor
