Wow, talk about a build up. We'll have to see what he comes up with. In the meantime here's five beautifully constructed ancient Roman buildings.

A Mysterious 25,000-Year-Old Structure Built of the Bones of 60 Mammoths

A jaw-dropping example of Ice Age architecture has been unearthed on Russia’s forest steppe: a huge, circular structure built with the bones of at least 60 woolly mammoths. But exactly why hunter-gatherers enduring the frigid realities of life 25,000 years ago would construct the 40-foot diameter building is a fascinating question.

One country which played a major role in Tolkien’s early development as an author was Finland, especially its national epic, The Kalevala. This video is how Finland inspired Tolkien.  He tried but failed to learn Finnish.

There is always going to be some traces but they would have to be below ground otherwise the usual processes erase them leaving very little behind. All in all from where we are to the end there is only about 600 million to a billion years to a billion at the most where this planet is still habitable before it either becomes like Venus or Mars depending on how things play out. If there is a degassing event the Earth will end up like Venus and if the dynamo that powers the magnetosphere fails it will end up being a lot like Mars. We as a species will be long gone by then but perhaps not forgotten.
