Yo, so I'm moving along on my third skill on my T49 (soon to be Sheridan). My crew as it is planned to be after I reset for BIA

Commander: Sixth Sense; BIA; ?

Gunner: Snap Shot; BIA; Repairs

Driver: Smooth Ride; BIA; ?

Loader: ?; BIA; (repairs)

Wondering, Should I go Recon or Situational Awareness for 3rd on Commander, Clutch Breaking or Offroad Driving for Driver, and Safe Stowage or Intuition (for swapping HE/HEAT on the derp) on the Loader. Thanks y'all

I find the lack of Camo on a high tier LT disturbing...

Indeed, how about some Camo eh?  The whole trick about the T49 /w Derp is having the time to zero in your shots when nobody can see you.

Camo would be before repairs in my opinion.  Then gun handling improvements and vision improvements.  Repair won't really help in a light, as a tracked light is a dead light, so I'd work the repair kits and put repairs low on the priority list.

Gun handling and vision, so SA for commander and whatever makes the big derps handle better for gunner/driver

There are people who are better at this than I, but for a 2+ skill crew - assuming you want to keep BIA...

Commander: BIA, 6th, and then either Camo or Situational Awareness

Gunner: BIA, Camo, Snap Shot

Driver: BIA, Camo, Off Road Driving (I don't think Smooth Ride is wrong, but I prefer increased mobility)

Loader: BIA, Camo, Repair. (And when Repair is 100%, maybe reset for Safe Stowage)

Camo, definitely camo. Personally, I like Designated Target for the gunner because it gives 2 more seconds of spotting time.

Remember that with light tanks you have full camo on the move, you WANT camo, vision skills are a close second in importance ( SA> Recon )

If you don't want to retrain, just start training camo as a 3rd skill, and work from there.

Thanks for the help everyone! I've taken the advice and this is my new crew layout.

Commander: Sixth; BIA; SA

Gunner: Snapshot; BIA; Camo
Driver: Smooth Ride; BIA; Clutch Breaking

Loader: Safe Stowage; BIA; Camo

Based off what you currently have, you still need [Camo], [SA], and [Recon]. [Intuition] on your loader eventually.

Sheridan doesn't need [Off-road Driving] or [Clutch Braking]. It's already great at both.
