The Yeomanry of [edited] are out in full force. The ones that ram your tank at the start instead of yielding right of way; the ones who park behind your concealed tank using yours as a meat shield; the ones who incessantly ping the map. Etc etc; the ways that pig ignorant people behave when there are no consequences.

Since the ending of team damage the level of assholery has reached epidemic proportions. Why? Because you can't defend yourself against the [edited]. Nobody liked the team damage aspect of the game but everyone knew you risked incurring it when you [edited] with someone else's tank.

Bring back the 2nd amendment. Bring back the right to shoot back at [edited]!

Gee Wally, I don’t think America’s Founding Fathers had imaginary pixel tanks in mind when they wrote the Second Amendment.

Which has nothing to do with self defense by the way.

Not that self defense applies to imaginary pixel tanks anyway.

Looking forward to your next whine post!

I have not experienced any increase in dickwaddery since FF damage was ended.

In fact, I am enjoying that stoopid armchair 2nd Lieutenants are unable to shoot me for damage just because they are ignorant as to how a light tank should be played to secure victory.

1. I don't see any road signs nor did I receive a manual with all the traffic laws. So RoW does not apply. These places are in the middle of fields, deserts, and mountain ranges. Nobody is driving an ambulance or another emergency vehicle, there's no pedestrians, or cyclists, or feral mailboxes that all have RoW regardless of circumstance.

2. What would damaging them do, YOU would get banned. If you really wanna TK, push them off a cliff or shove them into enemy fire.

3. Ahem. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"

Does that say ANYTHING AT ALL about shooting back? Sure, you can have some of the flamethrowers, but you cannot use them. And 18 U.S. Code § 1111 says that "unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought" is murder, just something for your consideration.

Yeah ...

1. There are rules of the road at sea ... no signs needed ... the point being to avoid collision. They do apply on land too.

2. Doing them damage will give pause to acting in a way that screams 'justifiable homicide'. Yes there is a penalty of a ban and there should be to prevent abuse.

3. "Does that say ANYTHING AT ALL about shooting back?" Errrrmm what other purpose would 'bearing arms' serve except as a clear statement that we WILL shoot back?

4. "And 18 U.S. Code § 1111 says that "unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought" is murder, just something for your consideration."  Equivalent to tank turn blue and subsequent ban in WoT.

1. There are laws and they are explicitly written down and explained (https://www.un.org/en/sections/issues-depth/oceans-and-law-sea/). There are regulations that must be followed while out at sea and all captains are informed of them.

2. Justifiable homicide goes against the very basic definition of homicide which is the deliberate and unlawful killing of one person by another. Justifiable DUI or Justifiable S^xual Harassment would make just as much sense.

3. It is a statement that declares that the government should not have ALL the flamethrowers. In case of an emergency that would put the rights of the people directly at risk, the government could not use the power of all the flamethrowers.

4. Your response needs clarification, the Code does not say anything about the punishment. It is simply just how the US Law defines murder.
