They're 0 skill BIA but they don't come with the first skill at 100%. Not sure if this is an oversight but I'm sending in a ticket just in case.

I think there have been previous events where female crew came with only SIS/BIA before.  Maybe the first set of Czech females?  I think the swedish females came with 1 skill after bia ready to train, but I'm not sure now.

I don't think they were referenced to as coming with the first skill, just the zero skill BIA.

There are two sets of female crew. One is a zero skill and the other is zero with an extra skill ready to train. The female crew with the extra skill ready is rarely given out other then campaign missions.

The only female crew I've ever gotten had the first skill trained, I just assumed that was the reason making them female, to distinguish them from the regular male crew, 0 skill or otherwise. A bit of a disappointment really, considering how many Russian tanks come with BIA crews and that BIA crewed tanks for the US, UK and Germany go on sale quite often, if they're just regular 0 skill crew then they should have sold them with the tank so the Czech tree had easier access(and the same for the other nations that don't have access to them).

You get the training books in some of the missions. Wait til you have them all and slap the training books on them.

This is not new. Outside of the personal missions, the female crew do not receive a full second skill for free. The description in the Czech missions do not describe the crew as having anything more then 0th skill BIA. Let's not waste support's time.

You're not paying attention. I know it didn't say they came with the first skill trained, I just thought that was implied by them being female, if there are female crew that don't come with the first skill trained I've never seen them.

Yeah, that is the plan obviously. Though I may only use the big one on them and the others on a new crew for the T 25 since I like playing that tank.

I already have 4 ladies in my Czech Tier X which I accomplished during the holidays.  I now have the Czech loader, but have no tank to put her in because my current ladies are on their 4th skill.  So, for me, it was good to know that after SIS/BIA, I'm starting at 0.

 

Yes, Missions are usually the only way to get ladies with 0 BIA/SIS + 1 at 100%.  You can also get them from Campaigns now.  Special ladies that we've received in Twitch Prime and holiday events also had these attributes.

 

I've been playing just over 2 years and if these ladies are only 0 Skill BIA/SIS and NOT plus 100%, then that is completely new to me.  The holidays before I joined had the Swedish females, but I don't know what those where.

 

No biggie either way.

Do we even know if the Czech female crew skill is a 0-Skill BIA?  It says that the BIA is trained to 100% and cannot be reset, but is the #2 skill (that starts at 0%) beginning as a #1 or a #2 skill?

BTW - I'm putting these new ladies in my Tier 3 Light Tank so at least they'll have a place to hang out.  Not sure why the Tier 3 Light tank and the Skoda T 40 have Radio Operators, but I guess Wargaming wants you to struggle with figuring out crews.

They are 0 skill BIA, no first skill trained, which to me is unusual. I have a lot of female crew, many not from campaigns, even a couple that just appeared for no reason that I knew of, and they all had the first skill trained to 100%. In three years I've never seen any female crew that didn't have that.

This is why they gave you crew books so you will use them on the girk crew.

A skill/perk that can't be reset means it is a 0th skill. The second skill will train up as if it is a first skill.

Then what are they? I've never seen one and I'm pretty sure I've got all the famale crews you can get through missions since I started playing.
